I have visited any salon in Pakistan after 10 years (on someone’s recommendation). I have found this place just amazing (staff, cleanliness, professionalism) everything was just on point. Initially I visited just for hair cut and dye but upon on my visit when I saw the quality of work and professionalism I decided to have more services includes manicure, pedicure, facial etc. Though they were suppose to close at 8 pm but they didn’t mind to remain open till my last bit. Special thanks to Kiran, khushi, Maria.
Its grocery store. Not for ladies only. Difficult stairs access. No elevator, although help available to carry your purchases to the car. Food item prices comparatively lower, not others.Sorry I went to the Madina cash n carry there, not beauty parlour which may be for ladies only.
I got my hair dyed from here twice, though the second time it was through a promotional offer thus the staff was in a big hurry. They were taking more orders than then they could accommodate which ultimately affect the quality of work. Also the staff seems to pay less attention to the customers and give an impression of its your fault if something doesnt go as it was conveyed, which is a major point to consider in customer satisfaction.
I rarely write reviews for places but I felt so upset after my haircut at this place that I decided I must. I asked the woman who was cutting my hair to keep as much length as possible, she said shell only cut an inch at the bottom. I have really thin hair, so I need my hair cuts to have some weight at the bottom, i.e. no feathery business and no straggly hair at the bottom please. She managed to do both things. I ended up with a tail almost. A mullet so to speak. Was so upset, I tied the little bit of hair I had left into a minuscule ponytail so I would stop myself from constantly looking in the mirror and trying to find ways to wear it.I told her what I wanted and most of the time she would say oh thats not possible with this kind of cut. Well, this kind of cut wouldnt look good on anyone. Trust me. She was a sweet woman but really didnt know how to follow what the client wants and really didnt know how to deal with thin hair. OH yes, I also specified that I am trying to grow my hair. Took me two years to get it passed my shoulders. All. Gone. Very upsetting. And what upsets me more is that they were defending the ridiculous haircut and saying it looks good. Also covering it up with curling and blow drying. Didnt work. Sad. Very sad. Im going to have to grab a pair of scissors and cut off the skinny tails now. Lets hope my hair grows back fast. I sorta look like a cross between these two guys and this woman:
