I had a bad experience with depilex . I booked them for my nikkah and before 1 day they called me and said we have a workshop tomorrow so come at 8 am that they can leave, when my function was at 3 clock. I asked if they knew they have workshop then you shouldnt booked my makeup.i asked them to return my advance but they didnt and say well leave one makeup artist for you.I said ok. But she was not professionl and no hair artist was available for my hairstylingThey no professional as they mislead me and did a bad makeup beacuse they want to go their workshop.they were in a rush.

No words to show how much of a happy y customer i am. Love their staff!! They have the most underrated but best hands with makeup artistry in house. Love the base. Asma did it once. Next day i had to call her again and cancel my booking somewhere else just because i was so satisfied by my look. They treated me so well with all the chaos ky kids created. Love it!!

Money hungry!No customers and still made us wait an hour just cuz we were late. Really poor service. Kept asking for money upfront. Came all the way from USA and had to deal with the crazy women at the reception. Never again!

Rating it one only for that arrogant and rude lady at the reception. Should have taught her some manners on how to talk with your customers. Not visiting again.

I have always issue with their cleanliness in rawalpindi and Islamabad.very very cheap and poor hygiene too.but they do verygood facials

I visited this place for waxing first time yesterday.When I asked them for a gown to change they gave me a used one and upon a lot of resistance and insistence by me they got a new clean one issued for me.Although I told the girl who was doing my waxing that my skin was sensitive but still the way she did it the upper layer of my skin was damaged.Very bad experience.However,I would like to add here that their follow up customer service is excellent as I recieved a very prompt response to my complaint.The owner of the franchise called me himself within 3 hours of my complaint to apologize and expressed that he would not only take necessary action againt this issue but also gave a free voucher for hair cut blow dry and wax to compensate for the inconvenience caused to me.This definitely highlights how important each customer is to Depilex.

It was easy to reach this location. its right at the end of the street. besides the parlour was good. I got facial done and was pretty happy about the results. payment was done beforehand. staff was friendly and very clean place.

The place is awesome... The music is great.. And the staff and services both are wonderful... Really looking forward to my next appointment

I visited this branch first time, i had waxing and pedicure, services were good but little advise, please dont clean floor with broom specially when clients are sitting.. The people at reception need more training how to guide the customers regarding rates and where the different serives will take place. Rest staff knows how to do their task
