No doubt the hygiene and professionalism is there. But they dont compare to your more local and much more experienced barber. If you are looking for good treatment, this is your cup of tea. But Im looking for a good haircut and a smooth shave. Both of which the junior barbers at Toni & Guy fail to deliver.

I was so confused for my 4 year son. But the staff was very friendly, soon he was comfortable. And ofcourse the hairstylist did an awesome job Love his haircut.

Worst experience of my life at this branch ;had hair dye by Adila kashif & then got it fixed by sadiya baloch after requesting the owner but the girls team up against the complain ,they made it night mare for me .I would suggest the owner to look into complains herself . I paid 27000 for nothing ,even a local parlour can handle hair much better then them.I wouldnt suggest anyone to take services from them please. They are rude and just busy in making fake videos ......low human Adila & Sadiya

Pleasantly surprised by the courtesy and professionalism of the staff.My first experience was in Lahore with Mr Shani for my beard and here in Islamabad, Mr Junaid worked on my beard.The story is that they have a training center in Lahore and most of the Islamabad staff know the Lahore M.M.Alam Rd employees.These guys are probably slightly overpriced than the regular salons out there, but they definitely know what they are doing and they operate a clean facility.Kudos.

Although it was difficult to find due to poor signposting, when I finally arrived it was an overall pheasant experience.Good hygiene and cleanliness, all staff wearing masks as we are in COVID-19 times.After making my appointment I returned.The staff were very polite and professional.The stylist understood my instructions better than me and gave me a fantastic cut with my long straggly hair.Wah, cut and dry included.Would definitely come again

I had an experience......what i thought was they would be good and provide good services but it was worst i think your salon just have name local parlours are much better and about they way u treat customers its pathetic .....girl name adila kashif is most worst stylist so rude and cold thinks she is doing awesome no darling u are mistaken u are worst did u got trained from perfectionist or an idiot so sorry am i too rude you were behaving the same i would recomend not to go and waste your money or at least dont get your hair coloured by this girl she just got attitude nothing else

Not satisfied. Its just a brand name now, services are now even poor then the local barbours who work on stalls.

Nice and clean studio. Very satisfied with my haircut. Ask for Johnson. Good and clean work. The only issue is that some customers are not wearing mask and staff seem to tolerate it. Even staff sometimes dont wear masks properly. Difficult in times of Covid.Almost impossible to contact the store by phone. Always occupied or not picking up at all.

I recieved the most disgusting and most unprofessional service few weeks ago.I went there for a haircut. The girl who cut my hair was extremely rude and cold .she didnt say hello to me , even though ,it was my first visit there. She came with a comb and scissors with full of some one else hair. When I asked her to clean it before using on me, she became very rude , whatever I asked , she went against of it, at the end the hair cut was an unqualified disaster. I complained at the reception for the substandard service I received, and i decided not to go there again.To me it looked like a fake saloon as there was no concept of hygiene.

While social distancing was not a priority, protocols like mask and appointment only (to control influx) were followed. The top stylist are where you should put your money for the stylists are overcharged but not as as qualified. Overall a good experience.

The staff is very friendly. They do not annoy you with prying questions and do not hound you to get extra services done. No comments about my skin or my facial hair.It was overall a very satisfying experience. Loved the complimentary coffee.

My experience has been wonderful and the style they give it to you upto European level. The stylists are very helpful and give wonderful style guide lines. The rates are high but it does give world class style.

They need to improve on their cleanliness. Try to motivate their staff more so they can give more good services.

Only go for haircut. The dyes are shortlived (true color only last 2 washes) and the keratin treatment was not satisfactory either. However they do excellent hair cuts.

Just visited today for the first time.Difficult to find.no stais path.Just go to basement and find the lift on the right side .and go to second floor on lift.Hair cutting charges are 1700.senior stylists are also available.Both for male and female.Hair cutting,makeup,style,groom etc services are offered.One thing combs and brushes were very old and dirty.Need to be clean.

You need an appointment for any service here. Well, I can’t say I go here! I’m getting bald so it didn’t make sense for me to have an expensive haircut. I came with a friend, he wasn’t much satisfied with his haircut. They served me evening tea! The best part for me though!

Besides costing a pretty penny, the place is not hospitable. You have to be dressed a certain way and have a certain accent for them to give you heed

They made a cut on my face ON MY WEDDING DAY. It kept bleeding. Had several tissues and ice to waste and lot of foundation to cover it. Later after the function I found out that blood had come out of the foundation and there was dried up blood on my face

The staff is very courteous and professional. Theyre very accommodating. My personal barbers Ali Abdullah and Sarmad are amazing! The prices are a bit high now since the dollar has gone up but you can avail the student discount if its applicable.

Over priced and Overhyped

Extremely poor service. No concept of customer care and business ethics. Despite getting a prior appointment, had to wait for 25 minutes without an update or apology from the reception staff. Walked out in protest. Will never ever go again nor recommend to anybody.

Particularly a guy by the name of Shereyar (Sheri) is an amazing barber and stylist-! A definite recommendation if u r getting ur haircuts from other places try this place out-!

They are good, if you are looking for a complete makeover from pindi boi to a human being, they are the ones you need to visit.but they do try to sell their overpriced products to the newbies, which kinda feels weird.

They’re only using the name of Tony & Guy. Inexperienced stylist ruined my hair. Paid 4800pkr. I went to get it fixed the next day but the senior artist didn’t understand and didn’t know how to fix it and f* it up even more. Worst experience. Will never go there again and won’t suggest to anyone honestly. Offering a cup of tea won’t make you a good place if you guys can’t offer good services. Pathetic.

Amazing

Went there for a shave and hair cut after my normal barber salon in centaurus closed his shop for renovations without warning (Thanks for that and youve now lost a regular customer - I refer to Ambz near the Oxford Bookshop). My experience in Toni&Guy was well worth the visit. The ambience, professionalism and the experience means that is now my salon of choice.

It used to be better before. The ambience is quite agitating now. The service was average.

Visiting islamabad and decided to come here for a blow dry. I had to tell the stylist multiple times how to do the blow dry, so im disappointed they are unable to do a proper blow dry. In the end it did end up okay, but i could have done the same exact thing at home.
