The worst staff ever....to much time taking.... behavior of the staff is not good.... even they are acting like they are generals or having higher post than this

Pathetic stupid senior representatives. I never expected HBL employees will turn out so batamiz! I visited them and i had some queries. I asked them if i can get a visa debit card issued on any basic account they said no. i said okay. Then i asked what about current account they said, you have to bring your gas bill, income proof and cnic, after you bring all your documents then we will THINK about it.. they literally said ap le ayen sab uske bad ham *sochain ge*. Like WTH bank ki koi solid policies nahi hai? Apke employees k mood pe depend karta hai k bank account kholain ge ya nahi? They also tried to misguide me. They said kisi b basic account pe debit card issue nahi hota ye sare banks ki policies k khilaf hai. Pakistan ka koi bank basic Account pe debit card issue nahi krta. I can tell a list of those banks who are nice enough to offer this policy to their customers jisme se aik standard chartered Bank bhi included hai! YES! And agr apka bank thaka hua hai to simply keh dain hmara bank issue nai kr skta, customer ko misguide kyu kar rhe hain. HBL Liars!!!! Regards, ANGRY CUSTOMER..!

The guy sitting at the desk named Imran khan is a very lazy individual who tells me as he is making my account that the link is down because he would much rather use Facebook in front of me....and as I was waiting there,he left me hanging for 20plus mins and went off to gossip with other employees.very disrespectful
