HBL bank is the main bank in NUST.Students can submit all fee challan there.Students can apply and get their ATM cards from this branch easily.People are served term by term.Its usually crowded near the deadline of Hostel mess fee challan.ATM is also available with this branch along with 4 other ATMs available in NUST.

The HBL atm didnt dispense me the full money due to some fault in machine. The amount was debited from my account but I never got Rs10,000/- that I lost, even after lodging a complaint.

I went there to open bank account staff behaviour was very rude.

Phone is continuously engaged. I have been trying for the past few hours now. Poor customer service.

Everything about this place is perfect . Except for when they ask you get the deposit slip signed from administration for NUST stuff.

Very helpful staff, I lost a paid challan so they helped me find the bank copy which took us around 45 mins, they look through 3 days of payment balancing sheets. Really helpful.

The staff is extremely professional and helpful. You may have to wait a while for your turn but there isnt any hassle. Just add 5 minutes more to your approximate of how much time you will need for a visit.

Decent staff but the branch doesnt operate all 4 counters (they use either 1 or 2). As a result things get congested and waiting times increase.
