One of Islamabads best kept secrets at the moment. This bakery is a home based business and the quality of their products is beyond top notch. The chocolate bomb is a must try for all taste buds alike as is the cinnamon roll and cheesecake. The place is very small yet cozy with gracious decor and extremely competitive pricing. You can try most of their one person deserts for under 300 and rake in the amazing taste. Grab all you can because this place will be very popular in the upcoming days!
Discovered this small cozy bakery in F11 Markaz by chance. Tried its chocolate bomb and the orange cheesecake, and bought the brownbread for home. Awesome taste and good prices. The ambiance is really nice and despite a small menu, it seems whatever they are offering is very high quality.Orange cheesecake: 9/10 - price 190Chocolate bomb: 8/10 - price 170
A great undiscovered bakery in F11 markaz. They have a small collection of Cheesecakes, chocolate bombs, brownies, brownies, and other delicacies which are all divine. They have a seating area for 2 to 3 people and they serve tea if asked.Everything they have is fresh and delicious. Especially their cheesecakes and brownies. Their peanut butter brownie is a must try
A very exquisite place to go...
They made amazing cheese cakes
Hot Breads is a petit home-style bakery café in F-11 Markaz. It’s a hole-in-the-wall establishment where almost everything is home-baked by members of the same family – from the dad to the daughter. Interesting already!I tried a mixed bag of items from the bakery assortment. Amongst these were the Walnut Tart, Mango and Cream Choux Pastry, Chocolate Éclair, Lemon Tart, Apple Pie, Chocolate Bomb and a Centre-filled Mango Mousse Dessert. The most striking thing about all these items is their uniqueness. Everything has a distinct flavor and is made with some level of deliberate artistry. Even the Éclair, which is one of the most mainstream bakery items these days, tastes and looks a bit different from the rest. The Mango Éclair is something quite delicious – with a layer of fresh fruit in between. All the Choux pastry desserts are very nicely done – light and airy. The pies and baked tarts are good too, with hearty fillings and crusts that aren’t too thick or uneven. I would say, try the Walnut Tart. If you’re fond of Lemon Tarts, then that might be a good pick as well. The lemon curd they make is quite tangy yet smooth. The chocolate bomb is nice as well with a mousse-y centre, but a bit too sweet for me. The Mango variant of this same thing (cross-section shown in picture) is quite interesting. Its a gelatinous mousse, not too sweet. Coulduse just a bit more tang, but is still very nice on the palette. This bakery also stocks a good assortment of breads and loafs every day. I did not get to try any of these myself, but they looked fresh. There is a limited coffee setup as well, and you can get your basic homestyle milk-coffee here. The place gives off a very warm and ‘homely’ vibe, which transpires further through the food itself. For some reason, I imagine Hot Breads as more of a coffee shop hangout rather than a bakery or a takeaway. They do have some indoor seating, so you can binge on an éclair or a tart with a cup of coffee when you like.Prices are a bit steep. Some of the portion sizes can be increased (such as with the eclairs).
Strawberry tart 9/10Beautiful looking with a delicate custard and perfect crust.Lemon Tart 9/10Great crust and lemon curd had a lovely balance.Cheese Cake 10/10Its actually better then Burning Browns cheese cake. Its less creamy, more cheesy and heavier.Chocolate Bomb 8/10Again lovely. The mousse inside was light and delicate. I would have given this a 9 if the outer shell was dark chocolate but thats a personal preference.Eclair 8/10 the pastry was well made but could have been lighter and the cream slightly more. But then I love cream...Fudge Brownies 6/10 Good texture and very fudgy but too sweet and I would have liked them more chocolatey.Total damage was Rs. 1800-2000(There were 4 brownies, 2 eclairs and 1 of everything else)Only regret.... nobody took the pictures although the strawberry tart and the Chocolate bomb was begging for one.
1 of the most comfy place to dine. The sitting is small but absolute best for a couple.
Tried hot breads for the multi grain bread nd walnut pastry i must say it was really good nd still fresh as it’s still kept it in the fridge!Tried the cheese pastry, chocolate fudge cake nd banana walnut slice!i must say all items were fresh nd highly recommended!timings are 10am to 7pm Monday to sat!You all must pay them a visit if you are seriously looking for fresh breads, croissants nd a selective variety of pastries!
One of the best cheesecakes I have tried in the twin cities! Their Chocolate Bomb, New York Cheesecake and Cinnamon Rolls are the best. The bakery is quite tiny with hardly any space to sit, however, if you are a dessert lover, you would love to visit here and try their delicious sweetness! It was hard to locate this place at first due to its inconspicuous look, however it is worth a try!
A small corner bakery, even smaller than what I expected. The person behind sales desk was very humble and nice in dealing. Saturday night, most of the items were already sold out. They must have been good. Whatever we could get, definitely some of the best in town. Specially the brownie, for which I am anxious to go back, kind of addictive. Definitely recommended.
Very small bakery but amazing taste. Cheesecake is to die for
Excellent quality!a real treat!
If you believe in quality over quantity, then this is the place to go to for satisfying your sweet tooth. A bit pricey, but worth every penny
The food was nice. The owner is a really humble and nice guy. Excellent bang for buck. Only issue is the slightly obscured location, but thats not really a big issue.
My wife and I love this little corner bakery. The pastries and apple pies are so delicious and very well presented. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a party for their sweet tooth.
Hot Breads is a statement of Baking Finesse, their Banofe and goey Cinnamon rolls standout
