Eid cake I had bought, they arrnaged in two tiers, looked really good but taste need much improvement

Wrong tag. Tag removed. Tag attached. No queue. Rates unknown to all. Wasting precious time . Waiting time 5 to 10min. Man power deficiency.

Local made bakerys items with best quality, I like that they dare to deliver a lot of items in market.

Good bakerys economical prices

Gourmet has made a quick name due to their economically cheap products. Their bread, pizza, ice cream are all satisfactory in terns of price and quantity. Not quite the quality you would expect from Tehzeeb Bakers but its like a Tehzeeb for middle income family.

Their staff behavior was very good.. i forgot to wear a mask, they dont allow me to enter into the shop. But help me out to bring things for me from shop

Gourmet bakers is the budget bakery in town. Daily consumption items are fresh and available at budget price. Almost all bakery items including some prepared snack are available.

Ice cream variety is good

Prices are reasonable but staff is very lazy and always short.No baskets available. They expect us to carry things in hand till the counter. Charging for a bag after paying bills.

I am highly disappointed on the hygiene conditions. I went to buy a birthday cake for my son and in the display racks I saw live flies.Their staff is discourteous and the Cake was the worst cake I ever had in my life. Secondly they do not provide a shopping bag. Instead they ask you to pay 20 Rs. for a shopping bag which has their branding on it... inst it funny and non professional.

Ambience environment, good quality, fresh items with nominal prices. Overall, a very good bakery with outstanding customer care and support.

Although its one of their big branch out of their network in twin cities but the hygienic conditions I saw, were not up to the mark otherwise they have a good verity of bakery and fast food items at good economical prices as compare to other leading bakers of twin cities.

Staff is co operative. Average service. Economic items. But u cant eat there because of bad smell of floor cleaning liquid.

Just ok place. I dont prefer you to buy from them because they have a lot of cleaning issues. They try to sale you items with expiry is near by. Who knows may be they even sale you expired items. Any way I must tell you that if you are planning to buy from them than dont forget to check expiry date.

We got some biscuits because we know they are well known Im gourmet, but they were very stale and tasted pretty bad. Im not sure if this is only this branchs issue because their coconut bread was really tasty.

From sweets to cakes to burgers to pizzas. Theyve got everything. Good place to get yourself some snacks. We tried their Rs. 150 Zinger burger that is made in front of you at the live counter. Quite impressed by freshness and quantity.

The staff seems like they arent interested in serving customers, and its not based on one visit, but more than 7 visits. They have absolutely no smiles on their faces, when asked about something they dont seem willing to help at all, essentially leaving you to self serve.Frozen products are scattered all over freezers and even packed cartons are stored as they were in freezers rather than displayed. Amazingly this is not just with Gourmet PWD, but F-7 as well, making me think like staff is under paid or else.

Be care full about billing. Keep eye on the monitor. The overall atmosphere is good. They should place some sitting benches for senior citizens

Need serious improvement in stocks management most of the time highest selling items are short. I think they are doing it purposely to create value to ordinary things. Prices are cheeper and affordable.

A very well maintained and clean bakery. Relatively cheaper than tahzeeb or other bakeries.

I buy pesturised milk from here regularly. Few other bekery items as well. Cold drinks are cheaper than Coke or pepsi. Some product are good, some are average. So its upon your selection. Biscuits and cake rus are bit expensive. Bread eggs are ok. Sweets are since not prepared with desi ghee so they are average. They put too much artificial ascence in them which make them worse.

Here I can buy all quality bakery items plus aerated soft drinks. Specialty is rusks.

Gourmet bakers PWD branch is a big bakery.. a very nice setting inside.. houses most of the items gourmet company sells.. and there is also a live pizza side... Some of the drinks are great like mojito.. and some ice creams too.. i guess the baked items are better then the tv channel they opened

Better than Tehzeeb... atleast they pack ur cakes in shopping bags... unlike Tehzeeb who shamelessly handover cake in ur hands without any carrying provision...

Gourmet bakers is very good option for fresh water bottles, bakery items and biscuits.It offers refill bottles price at very low price as compared to other brands.But their items like samosas, vegetable rolls, pizzas, burgers, pattiesn and cakes dont have very good taste.Staff is offering very good customer service.
