I would give zero stars if that is an option. Ive had the WORST experience ever with this bakery and the person (Mr. Umair).We asked for a delivery, he said sorry u had to ask a day in advance. We asked to send via Careem, he said sorry ull have to book it yourself.Cake arrives, in an open box, like physically the lid of the box was wide open. Guess why? The cake is taller than the box (unbranded corrugated local made). We call him and guess what Mr. Umair says.. the Careem rider must have changed the boxes hahaha.Dont go to this place (E11 under Jamil sweets). ANY other bakery would be better.

I feel compelled to share my poor experience with 401 Bakery. I ordered an expensive sheet birthday cake but the poor workmanship was inexcusable. First, the design of patches and written script was cheap and amateurish. Second, the cake was also cheap and not very tasty.I will never use this bakery again and will not recommend it to anyone else.

Extremely unpleasant experience. Went to their shop to pay the advance, came out insulted.Extremely unprofessional people who dont care about their customers. They sent back a customer who had made his decision to order from them, that requires immense skill.
