All the products are authentic and original. Ive shopped from vegas multiple times both in store and online and have always been satisfied with their customer service. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and allow you to see products on your own instead of following you around, which is my favourite thing about this store.

It was a delightful experience. Many big brands makeup products are available here and as far as i felt, they are not fake The staff is expert in their field and very friendly and helpful The prices are affordable too which is a great thing recommend

They offer a wide variety of makeup and skincare products, and carry some of the hard-to-find brands as well! They usually have rotational sales and deals on drugstore products.However, they need to include more testers so that the customer can confidently pick out the products that match/compliment their skintone.Finally, one of the biggest changes the manager needs to make is replace the acrylic boards on the shelves that keep the customer from touching the items with a sliding door/shelf/board. The acrylic board serves absolutely no purpose; in fact, it makes things harder. One simple touch or shove can knock down all of the lipsticks at once. It happened at least 5 times when I was last there, and the poor salesladies had to rearrange the lipsticks over and over. It was uncomfortable to watch, and made me feel like coming back at another time.

I am a regular customer at Vegas, and I am always satisfied with their prices.Although, I recently visited their store, and they did not have a lot of options for primers. I suppose this is because they have been unable to order/recieve their new stock.The staff is very friendly and helpful. I like that the staff does not follow you around the shop, because then I can look around comfortably.Hopefully they will stock up on new lipsticks!

Decent collection of makeup items but misleading pricing practices. Make sure that you confirm the price before paying because the prices they have on the checkout machine are higher than the physical price tags. They should ensure that prices are consistent, otherwise it doesnt give a good impression in terms of trustworthiness.

Everything was out of stock, store was half empty. The staff was not only disrespectful and dismissive, but they had no orientation about the prices or sales. Very bad experience.

After seeing all the positive reviews i orderd from vegas cosmetics but was really disappointed. They take ages to deliver and send you wrong shades .so i paid for a lipstick which was useless for me and had to order again from another website and the orders will incomplete one item was missing and they cant be bothered to even inform you .very unprofessional so wont recommend

They are fraud! I thought it would be a great place for my bridal makeup shopping,but at first they say theres SO CALLED SALE on every item,but when you get the bill it is of original price... very disappointing. I shopped stuff of somewhat 20K value and got concession on none..

For the first time I got a wonderful experience buying makeup for myself, I got what I wanted and its genuine️️ otherwise I always end up being a victim of sales skills of sales girls :( and come home with products that are utterly of no use and a waste.of money. Here the staff is very decent, helpful and friendly, they give you honest advice and not into just stuffing things in your bill. It was a great experience and I am happy with my shopping. This time I only got basics but I will go again for some more shopping :-)

Limited range but good offering, quality products and competitive brands

I ordered from vegas first order when i made there was one item missing when i get confirmation email, i talked to them they say it was a system error, i said its okay then. Second time when i ordered they delivered it after a month with missing items and again they claimed it as systems error. Pathetic service of all. Very disappointed.

They published about some samples of a product they were giving away with just charging the delivery fee. They did not mention that you will get only one sample of only one product. They only mentioned about giving away one sample. I added 5 samples in the cart. And all of them were added to the cart without any issue. Even after placing the order, the receipt I got, showed 5 products and no where in the email it was written that you will only get one of the above. When I got the parcel I was shocked to see just one of them. Upon asking they said we mentioned only one sample.One sample means, one sample of one product. Not only one sample from all the samples. They do not honor anything niether they know how to talk or handle a client. No apologies, nothing. Extremely unprofessional staff and support. Would not recommend them to anyone.
