Their price are cheaper compared to other shops in market. Only if they could improve their checkout counter

Being a doc i had one of the worst experiences with this pharmacy. Theyre literally overcharging for medicine which can eaisly be given at discounted rate of 5 to 10%. The most annoying and consumer killing thing is that they clearly mention; no Meds, cosmetics etc once bought cannot be changed or return. How in a sane world one can do that to customer? Improve safety use masks !

No discipline. Theres only one counter and everyone keeps cutting you in line there. There is no check and balance at counter. The staff is busy at phones or busy talking to each other.

Unlike their F-10 branch they not have laptop in each rack , nor do they have that entrance sanitizer machine , they have only one cashier at the counter whom you have to wait for just to ask a price or buy a thing , nor do they give white cloth bags for free unlike their F-10 Branch when I told them their F-10 branch gives for free the guy denied it and started arguing with me and unlike their f-10 branch they dont keep lots of stuff , better go to Punjab Cash & carry instead in street 87
