My wife placed an order (mentioned above) on 6 Oct 2020. The fabric was defective and we returned it in time.Today, 1 and a half month later, there is no response from your customer service department. Theres a guy named daood who answers the phone (very rarely answers at all) and just delays the issue further and further.We want our money back and we want it without any further delay.Being a big brand, this is utterly unacceptable and disappointing to know that Alkaram has employed super slow, lethargic, uninterested, unmotivated individuals in the customer services department. Sad.You dont become a big business simply by selling a lot. You become big by winning the trust of your customers. A good after sales service is crucial for that.
Good brand
Has got reasonable but not great designs. There is no gents collection available. Not as great as the name is.Needs improvement in their designs.
