Good welcome at reception. Excellent customer dealing. Professional attitude. Know their work. Everything is well organized. They spare time for customers utmost commitment. Good environment. There is separate mosque with dedicated ablution area as well.

Although i have booked a sportage from this dealership but i think the staff should be more welcoming and responsive rather it depends on their mood to entertain you. I beleive Kia Potohar have more professional staff. Comon its a marketing and sales tactics, how to engage with potential customers and not letting them go. Kia has established their brand with nicer car lineup but needs to work on their staff behavior, dont be like the Big 3 mafia whos treated customers with no rights.

Its been 4 months i booked kia sportage. They were in coordination with me from 3 days today they called me that your car is ready to deliver, when i reached the dealership after 1 hour they said your cannot be delivered. Their staff is non- cooperative, falsifier and unprofessional. Dont book kia from this substandard dealership.

Very bad experience. Manager Shehla is only interested in talking on her mobile phone. We went to book two cars, one sportage worth 50 lac + and the Grand Carnival worth Rs 70 lac and yet she refused to even bother or cut off her call. Kept on chatting on the mobile and laughing. Very unprofessional. After waiting for 30 mins we left the showroom. Kia Motors murree Roads loss!! Since now we will order form the Sowan Road Kia showroom.

Dont get fooled by the banner saying 4 YEARS WARRANTY there is nothing like that....all defects which occur due to faulty systems of the vehicle you have to pay for them...its just a hoax....in this particular outlet no one cares about the customer every one is busy within themselves or on cell phone.overall a so so vehicle...with a heavy price tag...kia sportage or picanto...carnival is not for domestic use by any standards

I went to the Kia showroom in Bara Kahu, Islamabad, to see Picanto. I inspected the car myself for about 15 minutes. None of the sales representatives came to answer my questions or to provide information. They were busy with customers interested in Sportage. In the end, I asked the receptionist about the salesperson and I was simply told, theyre in a meeting. When I was leaving the showroom only then a salesperson came and asked, how may I help you? to which I replied, Good Bye!

Was there on a maintenance trip to dealership. Nice curious staff and competent technicians.
