I generally do not comment bad on anyone, and never wanted to but to be very honest let me share my experience regarding this auto shop, I visited the workshop for my Alto Vxr 2010s suspension work on 25th July 2020, they treated me well and said if you want to make it perfect you have to change almost everything in the suspension i-e axle, steering box cv joints brake pads blaw blaw, i said OK lets change everything but i need guaranty from you guys and they accepted the term of 2 months warranty, i changed everything and on 27th July i paid them 23000/- for everything and take my car to the drive for alignment, i heard the noise in suspension but they behave like theres no noise, after balancing and alignment i again requested them to please check what these noises are, they said theres is issue in brakes, they again took the car for the whole day and return back the car in evening by saying that everything is fine now, after that because of eid holidays i came back to them on 14th august, i visited workshop there was nobody there, i took the number from mechanics helper, somebody named haroon sb picked the call and said Aj jumma hai aap k liye hum dukan khol k nai beth skty after that they call me on next day and said gari ly aaen check kr lete hain i visited workshop again, this time mechanic accepted that there are some noises, he said aap jain office sham tak aap ki gari ok kr k dy doon ga i left the car there and when i came back in evening they said engine k 2 foundations tootay huye thy change kr diye hain i paid them 2500/- more and took the car back, that day i went for dinner and on way back to my home car started vibrating and then stopped with a noise on the road, Ive waited whole night on the road because it was too late to call any person from workshop, in the morning when i called the mechanic he said mein available nai hun aur koi death ho gayi hai mujhy wahan jana hai abhi aap ka kam nai kr skta thats what i got from them,and the reason why my car stopped on road was that the axle of left side was broken from gear side and damaged the gear, complete gear oil spilled on the road....

The owner Mr Rizwan is a very courteous and helpful person who personally supervises all jobs. The mechanic is very proficient in his field.
