Pros: Security guards outside and inside the bank are extremely humble and nice. They are welcoming with a smile on their face and apologetic for the laid-back behavior of the educated / degree holder employees inside.Cons: There is a smart device at entrance - which doesnt have an option for a new account. You get a number; and wait for a teller to assist you. You wait an hour as the tellers are too occupied with their phones, chit chat and not doing their job as per the JD. Poor souls get tired after helping one customer and counting the deposit money using an automated machine. Its definitely a tiring job. Anyhow - eventually your number comes up after an hour and you mention hey i want to open an account and they direct you to an account manager. Where you have to wait and see once he is free. And eventually he tells you no - you cannot open an account here because of XYZI mean - if there is a information desk at the entrance and a person can ask people about their questions / queries and guide them in the right direction. AN HOUR WOULD HAVE BEEN SAVED.But guess what - we are too laid back and customer service is not our ball game.

They have phone numbers but they are not suppose to attend them except their own cell phones. In short the staff doesnt know how to run a bank, they shall shift to some other business maybe a restaurant will be good for them.

Worst idea to have break bt 1:30 till 2:00pm.None of the staff is praying.

Garbage service, overcrowded, understaffed and the staff thats there is also useless.

One of the best banks operating in Pakistan. They provide very high class service and their staff is very courteous and friendly. I have worked with so many other banks but the kind of response I get from Standard Chartered bank is unmatched. I would suggest and advise everyone to consider using Standard Chartered bank for their personal and business needs.

Extremely Bad behavior when registering new accounts

I went in SCB F11 branch for check deposit just before 12pm on Friday and came out in just 10-15mins. I was thinking that they will say to me that come after Friday prayers but they treated me v.nicely. Thanks!

Very lazy service. Bank services are great except employees attitude.

Banking sector is a mess so expect anything like ATM out of order or bad customer services but thats what we have got in the name of banking. No choice.

Overall bank ATM and online services are fine but sometimes when you need to make a bank draft or any pay order, it takes ages. First fill the form, no assistance provided if you have a mistake and then you will have to get sign from the Manager yourself. Manager sahiba Kay bhi alag nakhray Hain. Need to improve customer service.

Unhelpful and uncourteous staff. Overcrowded due to inefficient and inexperienced employees.
