Very very shabby little place in the back of the building and more like a milkshake joint than a restaurant. Total false advertisement..... Most of the shops around are empty and floor broken. Skip it completely.

If you want economical good chinese food then ha pi is the place..A small cozy place to enjoy soup in winters ;)

A small eating joint which has nice Chinese food at affordable price. You can place order for home delivery or enjoy dinning in.Menu is routine PakChinese food. Serving / portion is lavish. My favourite is their Special Soup.Management is caring and makes adjustments to cater individual needs. Made a special meal offer for me being lone dinner.

A good casual place to have chinese food at. The soups are good. The place is a bit small if you are considering for a large gathering and serving takes time so keep extra time while coming.

A good place with economical rates

Small cozy place.Ordered Kung pao chicken and Chicken chowmein both were average in taste. Not extra ordinary!Not very affordable as people said.Our order of Chicken chowmein and Kung pao chicken was a 2 person serving.All in all average food taste.People there were ordering chicken soup, I think so its their speciality.

Ha Pi does not even deserves one stars. I belive this one is the most pethetic resturant in Islamabad. I ordered Kung Pao chicken and Chicken Chowmien. Chicken Chowmien was oily and very salty, where as Kung Pao chicken was not even Kung Pao as it did have peanuts and flavour was sweet and sour. The Gravey was almost black. I also belive it had China Salt.

Pathetic Experience. I love chinese and have been to almost all chinese restaurants in town. But this was such an awful experience!The place and ambience is that of a substandard fastfood place but prices are close to what is being offered at some of the fine dine chinese restaurants in Islamabad.We ordered garlic prawns and egg fried rice. The server told us it is good for 2 - 3 people confidently. When we reached home and unpacked it, it was not even proper for 2. The portion was too small for two persons. The bill was around 1100 rupees for these two.Im not ever coming back and would not recommend to anybody. KIM MUN in F7 is a far better choice
