I had the opportunity to join this reputed architectural Office in 1981 after approximately 2 years of my graduation from NCA. At that time three major projects were in progress ( MUET Jamshore, Data Darbar New Mosque & MDA HQ Bldg Mirpur). My senior Iqbal Haider ( deceased) and Junior Khlail Ahmed introduced me to Mr. Qamar Ejaz Alavi and Mr. Abdul Motader (deceeased). I worked here till 1999 and then proceeded to KSA where I am still working with Saudconsult. During my stay we had the most prestigious Project GIK Institute of Engg sciences & Technology Topi.Both the employers Mr. Alavi and Mr. Moktadir were such a nice mentors that to explain in words is difficult.Mr. Khizer Hayat Asghar the Civil Engineer was like our elder brother and helped us in every problem during any professional activity.The team of Architects and Draftsmen at that time was highly professional and cooperative.I really miss all them all who have become a memory to my golden years with this organization. I do visit them every year during my annual vacation from KSA and always pray for the success of current team of architects and Cadd operators.Mr. Mushtaq Accountant, Iftikhar Siddiquie, a right hand to Mr. Alavi and Mr. Khizar, saleem and Ismail the care takers are still there and my Best Regards to all of them
