Very poor customer service at the Medical pharmacy. The place was generally quiet yesterday afternoon around 3.30pm. No staff were there to serve us. Really poor from a high expectations pharmacy. I hope this helps them improve their customer service.

Its good they have good products, a perfect combination of Pharmacy, Cosmetics and Cash and Carry.Most of the time you will find everything but sometimes some items are our of stock, i believe thats normal.

Roughly 16 years ago in 2004 I had a good experience in dealing with Mr James Raza, sales officer at D-Watson Chemist located in Khyber Plaza, Blue Area, Islamabad Pakistan. I was visiting my ailing mother at P.I.M.S. from Canada. I remained in touch with James for a few years. Just came across his business card card . I am not sure if he is still working there?Good man. Good pharmacy grocery and all things

They charge you overly for the medications n sneak some medication out of your envelope n end up sending you home without the medicimes you paid for.And later on completely deny it.Or stop respondind to your calls or cater you in person.

Pharmacy, Super store accessories available here. Staff is professional. Easy access. Have large variety of medicines which may be not available at other places. Massive parking available in front of shops. But unfortunately everybody wants to park right in front of the shop which makes things difficult.

Very Good shop. Neat & Clean. All kind of medicine are available if you not get your medicine from local store then comes on D.Watson. All kind of medicine, life saving items, surgical items, life supported items, B.P Sugar, checking machines, Heartbeat monitor are available here. All kind of baby items like pamper, baby milk, or many more are available. Cosmetic items are also available on reasonable rates. If you force then give you 10% discount on medicine.

A great Medical Store, they always have the medicine which are out of stock or not available at other D. WATSON Chains. Lot of Parking space in front of this Store. Staff is quite helpful as well. Highly recommend.

Great store, almost all of the medicines are available with cosmetics and lenses too. You also get packing services too.My biggest concern is the vendors selling unhealthy food in front of a pharmacySpacious parking has its own benefits too.
