Very remotely located....Road leading to society from main expressway is too narrow..only one car car can pass along....There is a railway phatak in mid of way...in my view, wil take next 10-15 years to develope, as no resale value of plot..no investor there..very few stupid dealers just praising the society without any solid logic or reason behind...

A CDA housing scheme specially for the expatriates but, as usual, it is not developed according to the schedule given again and again. Now demanding more than 100% development charges from its allottees for which the matter is in court. Not liveable so far.

This scheme started in 1990. Opf took millions rupees from people and put in banks and took profits. Then again, they took billions rupees from overseas Pakistanis in 2010 and never give them plots. Can you build now? No. Still incomplete. They are fraud. Never invest in OPF or government scheme. Always private scheme and fully fully developed plots.

So far the development work is going on excellent however this will take some more time. In a result the possession will be delay in some blocks.

This place looks great and I am excited to visit this place.
