Emaar Pakistan is located at Islamabad Express beside and opposite DHA. It is more closer to Rawat than Islamabad city.This residential development started many years ago with commitments to make it a world class community which it does not seem to be keeping. This has not matured for quite sometime while many others in the vicinity have prospered.Overall, the roads and pavements are clean and areas well kept. The surroundings are quite scenic.

Nice Houses with reasonable security, major issue is electricity which goes off very often and restores after long gaps which creates huge trouble in summers especially for the families living infants and elderly parents. Location quite far from zero point Islamabad.

This is most underrated locality in twin cities. Had this been developed by some other developer like Bahria, would have made a huge splash in real-state market. Location is lovely n peaceful place. Ideal to spend retired life. But launch prices are quite high and further development is quite slow. Villas have beautiful design and in last 6 years, Emaar has done a beautiful landscaping to augment the European influenced architecture design.
