Strict hygiene standards are maintained here they also provide you with a mask if you do not have it because No Mask No Entry. The customer service is also very good. As it was closing time when I went there so was not able look around much. Hopefully when I go next will update.

A great place to get a genuine pre owed car. The whole experience is straight forward and transparent thanks to people like Srinivas and Riyaz at the showroom. They helped me get my car detailed very well before delivery. The showroom is absolutely open for one to take the car to a 3rd party to get it checked (post some blocking amount paid). The Entire car buying experience is seem less and the RTA transfer was super smooth. Its quite a large showroom at prime spot and with high end car collection. I got an opportunity to buy Skoda Yeti. I took delivery on 24th June and till date July 10th I have no issues with the car. They had done all interior cleaning & coating. During Covid times they have given hand sanitizer and gloves on entry and I must appreciate management that they are taking care of every of employees too. Employee too were very courteous. I wish Ingens a very best and they would surely grow with more showrooms.

We have given 50,000 as token as we liked the car and due to personal reasons we didnt want to buy the car, but the Owner mahender says the token advance is not returnable.First they said, owner is not available in town, after 10 days they said he is still out of town, after many calls we personally visited the showroom and the owner says the advance is not returnable.So beware of the unprofessionalism, before buying the car, the staff are so sweet and polite to get the token advance, but once you give the money and dont want to buy , there was a shift in their attitude.they didnt return my money even after so many requests
