One of the busiest airports in the world.It has the longest runway in the world.In 2013 it completed its second phase modifications. It was opened in march 2008.GMR group constructed the airport.It has all the facilities like shopping , gaming, go carting , restaurants . The airport is spread over 5500 acres.It won over 100+ awards in the various fields such as operational efficiency , safety, environmental sustainability.

The airport is huge and beautiful and is one of the best ones around the globe.As of 01 Jan 2021, I experienced that there is no social distancing and precautions being taken in Air India flights both domestic and International and also at the airport where there is no one to monitor ques, distancing and precautions. Authorities should take care of this at a priority.

Great.Its getting renowned again.There are few many restrictions as expected, but also due to covid-19...Assuming its growing much better than it was prior to covid.Yes, very good maintenance by management and police men & respected management.

International Airport.Journey to this airport was like waiting waiting and waiting. It’s way too long and outside of the city.But it was big and huge. And seeing the planes taking off through the glass screen, it was an awesome moment.And everything you get there is above regular price and can say that you’ll get the best food and businesses to explore inside airport.

Awesome airport with huge terminals.This is one of the cleanest airports in IndiaMain issue is with the distance away from city also cab charges are very huge almost equal to flight charges. Electric buses can be used with min fare of 100 for even 0.5 kms, but they start buses only when its full and sometimes it may take more time. I personally had to wait 1 hour in late hours

Nice and neat little place. The shopping and eateries outside the airport is very cool. The pricing is great outside. Systematic exits for getting transport and the staff are helpful. Even on the outbound the place is nice. The security is very helpful and give you precise instructions. The boarding guys are helpful when they notice you have small kids. The only flaw is that the eateries close too early due to which food is a major limitation if you want to eat inside the airport due to a late night flight. Services should be available for both veg and non veg consumption especially when you paying a lot of money. Found the airport neat and clean. Maybe they should get it into a different mode of operations that would be more traveller friendly.

Overall it is a great international airport. Superb facility. It is clean, Best thing is that you can find plenty of food stalls at all the time. Best connectivity to the by public electric bus with reasonable price. avoids lots of open spaces and the new expansion looks good to. It’s always clean and have never seen any issues. There are some good shops and restaurants the staff are helpful and it is really easy to guide through out the airport.

Undoubtedly one of the best airport in India.Had a flight of 11 am, unfortunately it got delayed by 50 minutes.Got a chance to explore the Airport.Infrastructure is awesome.There are plenty of shops inside right from clothing to dining giving you plenty of good options to explore.There is ample sitting arrangement and charging facility inside as well.The internet facility is pretty cool as well Toilets are well maintained and cleaned regularly.The staff there are very co-operative as well.I did like the airport overall.

Certainly one of the best airport, it is quick in the movement of passengers, technically equipped and makes the flow towards boarding gate smooth. It has improved over the years and services are great. Public transport is available in abundance for all variety of customers, from radio cabs, rental cabs, app based taxi, to public buses all are available at ease of the passenger. There good number of eateries outside as well as inside the premise. You may also enjoy the airport lounge facility if you desire, for Visa card holders its a major blessing. It is beautiful airport. I traveled to this airport in Jan 2021 and noticed that there isnt any social distancing norm followed although masks and sanitizers were a mandatory.The airport itself has clear instructions to guide you to your flight without issues and has a very efficient and friendly staff.

Beware of guys near exit. They throw parking ticket fine as around 500/- rs. But when we demand receipt they would ask us to leave. They are stealing our money. Action should be taken against them.

The navigation inside the airport is pretty easy given there are signboards everywhere. I had a layover flight so i was stuck in Hyderabad for a while and decided to get food from the food court. They close most shops at around 10 i guess and then youre left with just biriyani and stuff. Even the network bar is closed after 10. Price is pretty much what you expect. A beer can cost around 500₹.

Very good airport. Cleanly maintained. Parking is at Exorbitant Prices. Food is also costly. These things need to taken care. The staff are very courteous.Anything should be affordable to the common public but not for the elite. Reason : As most of the common peaple started flying. Flying is not luxury any more. Keeping this in mind, if the Airport Management Authority takes appropriate action, that would be really great.

This airport is far from the city and will cost you around 1 to 1.5k for taxi from the city. A great international airport named after former PM. It is really a massive airport with several flights operating in a day. There are so many gates and waiting space is large. There are several shops. CAB pre booking service are within the airport premises.Spaces for Transfer flights are also provided. Places are kept clean and sanitized periodically. The nearby region is Shamshabad. It is an urban area with all facilities. The Airport was also nice for its splendid views. Gardens were well maintained.

Hyderabad airport is one of the best in India. It has domestic and international terminals. I like the food court, you can find plenty of dishes veg as well as non veg. It is not very far from the main city.

RIAL is one of the best managed airport in India. All covid guidelines too followed meticulously.

A world class airport with all necessary amenities and loads of outlets to eat all kind of food and snacks. All floors have almost the same amenities and not like some of the airports wgere only the main area is well equipped abd the rest is not up to the mark. Great experience!!

A sprawling airport, well kept gardens and roads. Maintenance seems to have been hit in the past few months.... Can be cleaner... Connectivity through metro would be great.

Upgraded the rating from 4 to 5 stars. The WiFi is now blazing fast as compared to old times. However the parking services near the airport can be improved, the automatic parking ticket machines wont respond on few instances and the parking staff is not much cooperative.

Very neat maintenance. Visitors entry ticket is 50 rupees. It has go karting also. So much fun. Some part of the airport is still under construction. This is 28th December 2020.

Overall it is indeed a great airport. Have been there over 15 times. It is clean, so avoids lots of open spaces and the new expansion looks good to. It’s always clean and have never seen any issues. There are some good shops and restaurants the staff are helpful and it is really easy to guide through out the airport.Only critique I have is that usually form boarding to take-off is slower in time then other airports. I would love to see that time be reduced in the future other then that it’s an excellent airport and really looking for the newly expanded terminal.

Nice place,Free shuttle bus arrives in every 15min which will take u to airport lodge free of cost,. Im sharing a pic of the bus. Lodge is also good. If u want to stay for few hours/night.

I have been to the airport many times but you going to be surprised each time you go. Everything is wow over there. Very beautiful outside view. Now international and domestic got different terminal. In past both been flying from comparative old buildings. Now new construction for international flights. You make sure to go there before time so no need to be in rush. Verh beautiful architecture and very clean airport. Systematic parking. But make sure where you park your car or else you will be lost like us.

Such a worst place we have seen. No min maintance, worst toilets no sanitizer. No social distancing. No one knows proper information at the points. People are just money minded at parking. No one available to even help?

Travelled with many international airports but this is worst I feel with no proper services and passenger facilities...And every time under constructionBus picking also for every haf an hour when people are there also leaving them bus is moving but again starting after half an hour only ..

The airport has been operative since 2008 and spread over 5000 acres of land. Connectivity is excellent with direct flights to almost every major national/international destination. Lounges, seating areas, shopping arena, food courts and recreational facilities are nice.

Airport is fine. but no one bothers to wear masks ( the passengers..not the staff). and even if they wear they dont wear properly. no one maintains any sanitation or any social distancing. people behave as if covid19 is a joke. and everyone is in such a rush that they would hit others and rush. staffs stuggle to maintain the civilised behaviour of the passengers. more strict measures should be taken.

There is no charging point to charge a phone,no rest room to get relaxed,covid test is expensive and gets delayed causes flight miss..this had to be done in good way,so people dnt loose there money in this time,since there is no income much,this was my first experience in hyderabad,n I got disappointed,I hope things will get change over the period of time...

Airport is well maintained with all the necessary amenities. You have wide range global brands to shop even at this time, being COVID restricted.What I feel a matter of concern is the personnel at airport, esp. the security staff. They need more training on dealing with travellers in an appropriate and gentle manner. Their attitude is so worst & ,treats all passengers sans-dignity and with suspicion.

The shops are a bit costly but again its a airport after all. The parking area of planes is also worth seeing from the balcony ofcourse. Also the frequency of the Planes to many locations is good. Recommended for at least a visit to see it yourself

Good and due to covid-19 the process is getting slow

I have sent a mail across as well on the issues faced in Detail ! And I see many people complaining about the same already about the issues face at international arrivals ! It was a nightmare for me when I landed from Dubai via Emirates flight at 8.30am on 28th December . Yesterday I had few friends landing and they faced similar issues. Dont see any change in the attitude or organising things . No covid protocols. Confused management . Nobody is answering the airport landline. No one to guide with form filling . 5 to 6 ppl handling over 500 passengers , a major disaster and can be a super spreader of covid amongst the passengers thanks to the irresponsible behaviour of the authorities. All that u make us fill forms and go thru to avoid covid spread can actually become a reason for covid spreading.

No labels in the counters outside..Especially in covid times when there is delay in every process atleast counters should be specified appropriately and proper guidance should be there..

Nice ambience, but shortfall is very few washrooms and mobile charging stations. Mobile charging stations are not comfortable...need more user friendly facilities for mobile charging points

Terrible covid management.no social distancing,nobody is bothered.neither management nor the people.

Airport roads are very well constructed by GMR With trees, flower plants, Circuls, triangular advertisement boards, all building are made by glass. There is one runway and one parallel taxiway, but this taxiway used as runway or taxiway because of both runway and taxiway lights are provided. There is 4 Rapid exits and 4 common taxiway. Runway equipped with ILS, DVOR, And CAT-III B Lighting system.

Awesome airport. Have lots of shop to purchase all type of items. Most of the brand showrooms are there.Self serve bag check in, fast passenger entry. Lots of gate to enter and exit to and from airport.It spread in big area. Decathlon is there.

Beautiful airport with best class architecture all gates are provided with sufficient seating capacity and the view to the runway is wonderful .

Astounding airport seen ever, tasted biryani in the airport lodge and it was just wonderful.

Its under renovation still properly managed and maintained. Facilities like rest room and drinking water is available everywhere. Many options for food lovers ..I rate 8/10 to this airport ...

Everything is good clean and well maintained..But Im really disappointed with the guys at security check they really need to behave like professionals. They are very rude as If she is working there for free.Educated people should maintain some dignity..I request the airport (security head,) to change or to guide them properly.Because many people are complaining only at that point.
