Thomas cook located to exactly opposite of Forum Mall, easy landmark to identify the office. The staff and employees are very fast workers, our work will be done within given time and very faster then other travel agency. But one thing is there is no Visa service available. Currency exchange service is also available, office timings is Morning10:00 to 18:00.

The currency not like in the website. And the staf not proffesional. I go there will money exchance and the staf said wait. And for 20 minute wait for staf diner and talk. I give up and walkout and no respont from staf only said wait wait and wait

First of all, the place should get zero stars if you are trying to book trip. The staff are not trained and they know almost nothing of the process. The staff are not supportive in any way at all, except for giving an headache. The staff told us to do a wire money transfer, but they gave details to a closed bank account and then they somehow say it’s fine to give the money in rupees, when in the beginning they said we couldn’t. Another thing is that they wouldn’t give the bank details for 2 weeks even when we were calling them daily, they kept saying they had “no internet” or “no power” and when they gave the details, they didn’t give the right details and it took another 3 days to get the bank details. However, the trip experience was wonderful with Thomas Cook. This office is just horrible. If you want to have a better experience, go to another Thomas Cook office.

Went to Srilanka with family.Itenary is not good.Most of the time spent in room or car. Visiting places are very less.It is waste of time and money.

Travelled for 15 days Europe trip with Thomas cook. Nice experience.

Poor service. Ive been there to enquire about a group trip within India. There was no power in the office,they said theyll mail the details. Its been 4days today, no mail has come.No one were ready to explain about the itenary,costs, etc.2nd star goes for its reliability, nothing apart from it. This branch office might be like this. Hopefully,its not the same case in other branches.

Got a good foreign exchange rate compared to others. Only drawback is that they dont accept card payments. Youll either have to bring cash or do the payment online.

Went there to collect forex card and cash in pounds, made the payment online as advised by the customer care.After reaching there, cash was not available.Had to take the total amount in forex card. No one bothered to inform me about that cash was unavailable.

Useful branch of Thomas cook. They offer Holiday packages, ForEx, Air tickets, Visas & travel insurance as well.

Waiting time is more here, if you dont speak they will make you wait for hours.
