The transportation is good and safer to courier our vehicles. But, it takes minimum 5days to deliver to neighbouring states. I would suggest to present with your vehicle while packing and ensure it packed well and good. The only cons I could say that we have to pay additional packing cost to worker apart from original amount.

Orange travels are always on time for pickup here in hyderabad but the drop is always delayed by more than an hour. So need to be prepared for that. Comfort wise the sleeper berth is less than satisfactory as it tilts a lot while travelling. Semi sleeper is not comfortable for long rides as there is no leg support available and leg space is minimal. Water and snacks are provided. They are highly regarded for their safety though. Customer support is good. They have pickup vehicles if you belong to far away location in the city. They provide very competitive pricing which is a bit affordable when compared with other travels.

Worst cargo...unable to locate my parcel since 2 days

Good choice to the passengers who are willing to travel with sleeper facilities along with available packed snacks like biscuits, cake, haldiram mixtures, half litre water bottle, with the added advantage of tracking buses facility. Also camera inside the buses, baggage also provided with tokens allotted for avoiding changes.. Trained drivers n cleaners with a clean uniform to identify. Checking staff. Booking staff to ensure safe journey to the passengers, the most amazing duty was each n every driver was checked by alcoholic machine to ensure that the driver was not drunk before giving him the bus.

What is wrong with these travels . Even RTC buses are on time . With more than a hour delay we atleast expect a good waiting hall ( Suchitra hyd waiting hall smells so bad and orange travel employees sleeping on the floors adds much worse feeling )

Prior to old days the accommodation bn waiting hall is established n announcement of buses in mic is there which makes us comfortable. The roads n lightning has to be improved. The location is apt n prime which is best thing.

We can transport cargo serives some reasonable prices bit while your booking from Hyderabad to Mumbai. Mumbai orange cargo persions asking money for unloading.

Working in lockdown also when all other mainstream couriers have denied to accept.

I have also noticed a waiting room for the passengers so neat and clean. Bus facilty sucks they give time about 9:00am to reach the destination but the bus always delays by hour or two. Though the buses are good but they time span is more than other buses.

Love thier sleeper buses with clean sheets and good AC and Tv for each person..they make fuss about luggage when u have anything wrapped in paper to book in luggage etc but u need to live with it.. Thier customer service on call is good so if u dont get proper just call and complain and it will be fixed on priority

Worst experience, travelled in sleeper from suchitra to shirdi two days back, the linen was not good, the lights were not working and when complained no response and even the TV was not working..

Worst, it has lot of pick-up busses than journey busses,.. from suchitra to Rajendra Nagar is too far journey in third class pick-up bus..

Best service. They are providing AC waiting hall for customers with free mineral water facility which I liked alot. Even buses are very clean and staff are very responsive.

Less than one star. It is the worst service in town.Not once but more than 3-4 times I faced issues. The latest was this: the boarding point agent was very rude. I requested him telling him my wife and child are travelling so pls ensure they are safely transferred into the main bus. He directly said speak what ever concern you have with the people who are in the reservation counter.The bus did not stop where my wife wanted to get down. The luggage was not given to my wife. The cleaner was very rude to my wife.What is so wrong with orange.

Over all good, furniture work needs to be done. There is no water bottle available, nearby canteen required. Rest is ok

I have traveled Hyderabad to Indore.My experience with OCC,1.on time drop2.polite behavior3.prompt support...overall it was good experience.However delayed pick up, the bus was mG bus which was not much comfortable. I wish to suggest them to use VOLVO bus to provide the passengers more comfortable Journey .

Quite clean and Hygienic. Sheets appear clean and blankets are packed in plastic bags. This new start from Hyderabad to Indore was much needed, to give competition to the only ac bus service, khurana travels, till now. Looking forward to it.Reducing a star.They took dinner break at a dirty place. Washrooms were too bad.while returning, they stuffed all the luggage on my seat. after shouting at conductor i got rid of it. seat got wet by water bottle carton.all the time the driver was rash driving. cant say they are better than khurana. no one is good

Dont book orange travels.... Ticket fares are high and in bus Ac was not working properly. And when they give water bottels.. it will be hot that we cannot drink... Also Very Rash driving. AC vents are not on our seats ..then obviously we will not get air. And moreover for entertainment tv is also not wroking... it is only for showcase . Atlast travelling in orange travels means definitely it will be hectic for you. .

Bus is good but How to communicate with them, its difficult. They have many pick up point almost 10-15. Please choose it wisely if you missed and try to pick another, you will lost the bus. You will not get drivers number. They did not have their own office or contact person In Indore. They have hydrabads contact number which rarely connect to customer service. They dropped you someplace in Hydrabad then they have pick up bus which is not air-conditioned, they drop you near lakdi ka pul. There are stop point for dinner named Kalka Dhaba which is Ok. Morning restaurant is not good for breakfast. You can have Tea there, i dont like it much but i needed at morning.This review is based my Indore to Hyderabad trip.

This is the very very waste travels in HYDERABAD. I never seen in past 12 years.Dont give any parcel to this orange travels, they are given reckless response to customer, no body is not lifting the phone also. Lakdikapol and Suchitra both office not lifting the phone. I have trying these 2 branch for the past morning to Afternoon no body is not lifted. Including customer care also same , false commitment giving.

Service is ok. But downside is that there is no proper communication and bad bedclothes (unwashed and used for multiple rides). Stops at good places though.

.i travelled in orange (ott) bus from Hyderabad to Visakapatnam, Visakapatnam to Hyderabad so many times . that bus is excellent and the way of receiving and all is very good .i like most

Best bus service to book. I have travelled to nagpur many times. I never felt regrets. Bus always comes on time and leaves on time. Well maintained seats and cabin. Bus also provides snacks which usually comes handy and useful. They also provide bottle of water.

Journey on 13th May from Hyderabad to Indore..Pickup time 2.10 pm, from afgalganj pickup wan arrived at 3.15 pm.TV out of order ,lot of dust over TV. Refreshing Point. Very cheap type of hotel at night sarangpur.. Nijamabad. In morning at refreshing point break fast is not available then why are you stopping there.,pls send your executive to check refreshing points. ,Bad experience of journey on 11 may from Indore to Hyd.,If other conveyance available never use or advice other to travel with Oranges Travels..Thanks. I think this is the best travels in all over India because of their service only they provide good service with offerdable cost .i travelled in orange (ott) bus from Hyderabad to Bangalore it was really awesome and flexibility of that bus is excellent and the way of receiving and all is very good .i like most

One of the waste travellers, I never seen in any travels, yesterday we met with accident while coming Indore to hyd, bus no: MP09FA9305, we have called customer care for help but they didnt responded and told me to go from there at your own risk, and they told me we dont have another service from there u should do whatever u can ,they dont know how to speak with customers in that we had accident such waste travellers they dont know value of death,they play with customers lives. at any situation dont choose orange travels.

Best travels and on time service. I only prefer Orange Everytime I travel by bus. Well maintained buses and they provide snacks and water on the go.

I found Orange travels to be the best service operator . they are punctual and very well trained staff . Even if passenger ask them to wait after scheduled time they will not entertain, they say that they cannot make other passengers wait for the sake of one. That is something which caught my attention. I genuinely appreciate their time management. I always prefer to travel by Orange travels.

Loved this travel agency but management is not so good. Because always these buses doesnt come at the reporting time. But good comfort buses are available.

Now since they have hug group regular customers who are using their service ,service provider only cares about profit and not providing quality service.
