Best travel agent for air ticketing

We are on Hajj tour 2018 through Al Azam group.. Very disappointed to say that overall service including food, accommodation and logistics is poor. Specifically the food is sub standard. I would not recommend this agency to any of my friends.I am guessing those writing good reviews are their friends not customers..
