Restaurant lobby was unclean! Did not find staff welcoming! Bad management in serving.. Tele was on with high volume.. guests were paid no heed! Food was pretty ordinary starters appeared rotten except for Mango Ice Cream which was good!!

Only good place in hyderabad to eat and night stay. Since there is virtually no compitation therefore the room is there for improvement. Living rooms are good but there is lack of standardisation. Electricity is generally a big issue and if your room is on the side of electricty generator then its difficult to tolerate noise. Travel and stay safe and follow COVID Standard Operating Procedure set by the Government.

Presently Indus Hotel is the best place in Hyderabad for stay and gatherings. Located on Thandi Sarak and easily accessible. Food in Lazzat Restaurant is also good.

Best hotel for stay and best place for Office meetings

Rooms are OK, bed sheets, mattresses beds were also upto acceptable standard.We asked for a mattress for the 3rd person, they took so long to get it delivered.Phone system in the room was tricky to operate possibly faulty.Toilet was clean, shampoo soap, towels and slippers were provided.AC cooling was good but it was dripping condensation water from the front unit.There is certainly room of improvement in areas mentioned above

Indus Hotel is (at present) the best hotel of the town, because it has very poor competitors, therefore Hotel Indus maintains a monopoly in the hotel industry around the town. As a result, despite not having very good quality of services of boarding as well as lodging, no other hotel competes it. One of the most important historical facts behind fall of quality hotel industry in Hyderabad is the dysfunctionality of Niaz Cricket stadium Hyderabad, due to which international matches are not being organized here since a long period (around mid 1980s). When there were regular international matches at Hyderabad, international players and delegates used to visit the city so often and Hyderabad airport as well as 3 and 4 star hotels were very much operational here. Hotel Fataz (renamed afterwards as Hotel Sambara) and Hotel Faran are its best examples. After the end of the era of international cricket matches at Hyderabad, Hotel Fataz suspended its operations and Hotel Faran as well as Hotel City Gate lost their quality service and repute. In such poor competition, Hotel Indus is considered to be the best current Hotel in the town, which actually it does not deserve to be.BOARDING:(1) The cost of the rooms is so high, as compared to the facilities provided. The facilities are very poor and dont deserve to rate the hotel as a 3 Star but the room rental cost is around the cost of a 3 star hotel in Pakistan. Room service is also so poor. There is no monitoring on the increase of room rentals, therefore the management keeps increasing the room rentals quite often.(2) The NGOs working in and around Hyderabad are the main and regular customers of this hotel and in case of any event in the hotel, organized by any such NGO(s), it is very hard to get a room here. On the weekends normally, it is too hard to get an accomodation at Hotel Indus, especially for the walking customers who dont have a prior reservation. It is also observed that, in such conditions, the hotel management sometimes charges the customers, cost of their own wish, beyond the fix rental tariff.(3) Some guests are treated so especially that their entrance is made exclusively from main road (Thandi Sarak) directly to their rooms, and the criterion for the speciality of such guests is decided by the hotel management. This creates a discrimination among the common customers and those specially treated ones.(4) Customers care/rights is/are thoroughly ignored (sometimes violated) here by the hotel staff. The staff needs to be trained the basics of customer care and customer rights, so that the customers should feel easy coming here, utilizing the facilities of the hotel in a friendly atmosphere.FOOD:(1) Food of the restaurant of Hotel Indus is normal. If you dine around the town, you can find more delicious food then here, on many low-rated restaurants, so you cannot rate the food as outstanding.(2) There is no variety of desserts. Specially the coffee of Indus restaurant is substandard; however the tea is so tasty.(3) Restaurant space is so limited and you cant find more than 20 tables inside it. I think the maximum capacity of the restaurant will not be more than 75. The restaurant space needs to be extended as per need of the town, and the ambiance needs to be enhanced.(4) The cost of the food also needs to be reduced as per its quality and presentation.(5) In the breakfast buffet, a very limited variety of dishes is served, since last around 2 decades.Ive been a regular customer (boarder) of Hotel Indus since 2002, but extremely disappointed with the quality of service provided by it, and this disappointment increases on my every visit, but till a good competitor challenges the cost charged V/S the facilities provided here, the monopoly of the hotel will remain same and there will be no improvement in the conduct of the hotel management.

Lived in recently renovated Emirates block, rooms are good size with all amenities available but for some reason the bathroom never stops stinking...left bathroom door open by mistake for a little while and all room was stinking so had to close and keep exhaust fan on all night....food is generally basic and takes quite a while to arrive, breakfast again is basic but reasonable.... overall its an average place but due to lack of any other facilities in Hyderabad this one is the ultimate choice....

A very nice hotel is the suburbs of Hyderabad, not a very expensive restaurant, the staff is very nice and soft spoken, we orders hot & sour soup it’s not as tasty as the authentic Chinese restaurant but in a small city this was the nearest to Chinese authentic taste. The BBQ chicken tasted different from karachi and lahore but was very delicious and juicy. All in all a very nice place to have lunch & dinner.

This is the only reasonable hotel in Hyderabad, other wise you will need to get a guest house for yourself:which is a poor option.The rates of this hotel are quite high as per the facilities and the quality of services on offer.Standard rooms are very small and the have poor washrooms also.Royal rooms are reasonable with an attempt by hotel to give it a lavish look.Executive rooms are new, good but expensive. Rooms on the Royal and standard block have no ventillation and they have a tricky emergency exit also.Food at the hotel is average.Staff is extremely courteous and supportive.

Indus hotel, the best among the others in Hyderabad. it has three categories of suites, deluxe executive and presidential suites. They have to building one is new in the other one is. Rooms in old buildings are a bit less good but room in new building a far more good. In Hyderabad you cannot find a better place to live in. They can offer you corporate discount on company booking. They also offer breakfast with booking of room. And breakfast is buffet. As Hyderabad is not a big city you find this venue of Hotel is perfect to roam around. you can visit Chandni market where you can find Bombay bakery which is very famous in Hyderabad. best of luck for your stay!
