I give them 1 star because of the careem oofice managment behaviour with the captain who should give the day and night service to careem and in the 100 percent ride he done if in this if 2percent complain recieved he become blocked .. its not fair with them . They are not know how to handle with this suitation. If the captain ask about blocking then they have no any proof to show .. shame on uh guyz u r always taking it personally with captains
