Had to pay penalty for their GM MISTAKES. FOR MY CASE A PENALTY OF 30K WAS Charged for GM NIRMALA delay. Mr Vidya Sagars response and action is appreciatable.Company is good but the employees to be cautioned of.MD do not have time to talk to customers once settlement is over.

Before investing in shathabdhi township please take all the information. Because they will give all the fake commitments & when you ready for the registration they will forget everything and even the plot num will be change without informing the customers. As well as they increase the price...No one is ready to take an action ...Even the MD ( K. Srinivas Rao ) is not suppose to take any action on it...

It is correct that initially executives will not disclose customers about reimbursement of 10200.Even my money is also struck.When I asked for reimbursement they are telling to put another 90k for plot allotment later 1lakh will be reimbursed.MD sir :look into the matter and please reimburse the my amount and let me know about procedure.
