Very money minded people:If you like to buy property, go with full mind prepared with your choice. Dont trust sales staff, they will say its not available/launched currently and you can shift later if you want once it is launched/available. If in case you want to change the flat or wanted to upgrade the flat they will ask very heavy amount or asked to book the new flat. They asked 5,00,000 Rs to me as naming its shifting charge.

Fraud Business. Aparna executives will collect personal info like email ids and phone numbers and sell this data to other firms. The very next day after sharing my number with them, I have been getting 10 spam calls a day. Great business Aparna, Great business!! Kudos! Someday people will find out it was you all the time.

They wont respond to the calls properly if I call them theyll say that plz go through the website and sent your resume to the mail and I sent mail many times but no response and again if I call them they wont respond.atleast responding is a minimum sense right.

Cool projects and speed working staff

You call yourself the best builders even though you obviously dont seem to care for residents close to your construction site. For the past one month Ive been writing about construction noises even past midnight you only send replies which are copy pasted. A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Workaholic people live there like civil engineering robots always stressed and frustrated... Its also cool to be like that

Aparna Constructions needs to observe a NO HORNS policy in the middle of the night. Their construction at Aparna Zenith and nearby Cement factory is causing sleepless nights to residents at Aparna Sarovar and Aparna Grande. Trucks blow horns from midnight to 6am and other construction activity causes loud noises in the middle of the night. I hope they value the current residents in other Aparna Societies.

Bad. Cluttered and difficult car parking. You you cannot make any minor holes in wall.they give wrong placements for exhaust, chimney, electrical etcp ultimately giving your flat a slum kind of a look.Their APMS staff members doesnt talk nicely to ladies. For minor electrical work.Staff member named Bhramhaji talks so badly. He is the most pathetic staff member.Overall a bad experience.

Unprofesssional company. I paid booking amount upfront without looking at flat since i was out of city and It was for ready to occupy deal with original layout and no customizations.1) To utter shock it was completely customized with additional walls and not even plumbing, electrical, tiling, fitting work was done. So they lied to me.2) Flat handover after 5 months and 2 months after start of monthly maintenance. But it was suppose to be ready to occupy deal only final painting remaining as per initial marketing executive3) Sr Admin manager accused me of not paying the complete balance amount amd asked for interest. but what about 5 months of Rent for delay of handover? Why should i pay complete amount for incomplete flat which had a lot work pending?4) the flat finishing like title cutting, drilling , etc they used my meter electricity and i was asked to pay Rs 100. I was told if i dont pay no handover. can you imagine i paid per sq ft and also for electricity charges to finish the work before handover? It was marginal though but shows unprofessionalism.5) The monthly maintenance charges i was made to pay even if the flat was incomplete and not handed over. I was told by Sr Admin Manager and exeutive that it will be waived off since flat was not complete at start of monthly maintenance. but later they changed words and no handover without those 2 months of maintenance even if the flat was not ready at start of maintenance.6) since it was last flat to be completed quality of finishing was not good. no double coats, couple of things not complete which you realize only after handover and was not done or completed once handover is done.Never ever trust Aparna brand and specially their staff. It was a very unprofessional and unethical experience dealing with the company staff.

Called Aparna and the executive said she will email plot numbers and price list of Aparna Avani but i didnt receive. Later I emailed Aparna but still no response. seems the tummy full company not bothered of new customers

Most untrustworthy company ever. Have been calling the customer service since last 1 week, to enquire about one of the projects for my relative but no response at all. They are telling, we will call and intimate you regarding that in next 30 mins. Till now, never received a call from them. In the beginning itself, its like this.. Think when you have an issue later after buying the flat, you get no support. Think well before.

Worst for employees lots of over timings and lots of pressure ,even working on Sunday and public holidays.i am upset with the job in Aparna,no over time payment,no shifts,one person have work for almost 10-12 hours,its highly difficult,I left the job from this company recently , they blackmail us by bonds for 2 and half years,whoch is highly impossible by this type of timings,for bond break they ask 1 lakh,what a stupid logic , if they give proper time to time job it good otherwise it is very painful to do the job under pressure and scolds of higher persons,by this job I lost my self satisfaction and courage so dont do the job in this company as well as similar to this company,thank you

Hi friends today I would like to share my own experience about Aparna Construction in Hyderabad.Recently my uncle shifted Delhi to Hyderabad.We went to Site where Aparna Construction was doing construction work.We saw some flats there all flats were really very awesome and beautiful place.All the good things was available there.Fresh air area, Clean and Neet area and parks.The customers service was really superb they told us everything about the flats and flats were very good.Aparna has big rooms in its flats.The flats made according to vastu sastra I liked that.The staff Courtesy is good they know how to talk with their customers and they were telling us all the things about flats.They told us about their future projects.Park, electricity facility, Power backup, Security staff, good parking space, playing ground, Walking field.Lifts.Stairs.There are lots of services are available there.It was really very amazing experience of me with Aparna construction.
