There are few ppl with white shirt, not sure what is their role. Did not like their attitude to customers. But finally got to test drive Nissan. The vehicle performance was better than I expected. Liked it. The person Ram who assisted us was good and patient to answer all our queries. Hopefully would be a good buying experience.

Only challenge is parking. You do get parking space but most times its already busy with other cars. In order to get your car within the larking place some amount of traffic obstruction does cause. The ground level is higher than the main road for the showroom which jist a rough path. Not smoothed out or cement. You got to step on the fuel to get it up to oarking area.

This car show room is spacious. Customer service is also good. Nissan cars is known for their brand value. Can be used as land mark in nagole area

Staffs are courteous and very welcoming. They understand what customer need and also they suggest based on the input from customers. Even though it was late night but still when we requested they arranged a test drive for us. We booked Nissan Kicks here and we are looking forward for a great after sales support from them.

One of the worst service experience I ever faced. They only charged high amount of bills but no sincerity on work , we came for same problem again and again. I am vey surprise to see that what kind of experience that mechanic have. Thankyou for remarkable experience.

There is only one car available in showroom.. that is magnite.. there is enough space, they could have placed kicks too.. go there only about magnite. Sales person do not really are interested in seeing people, they look like they dont like people coming in to showroom. And there is no proper parking place..

I and my brother went inside to check the new Magnite vehicle. But almost everyone was least bothered to check us. Atlast one guy approached us but his attitude was like I dont care if u take it or not .I dont think Nissan can grow with such low attitude people.

No response from team, they will not respond to calls, when ever visit to service center they will give some excuses like internet not working.At the time of buying they will call n number of times after you buy no response.Not at all happy with team.

Very unresponsive staff with Huge bills! Dont buy nissan cars if you want to get your car repairs to be affordable. And lot of manufacturing defects in the cars. There Mileage figures are least in the market after Skoda and Volkswagen.

I was a big fan of Nissan until I brought one of my own”Nissan Kicks”. Shocked after 3 out of 4 alloy logos are came off with in first week of purchase and found it rusting inside, approached showroom but no proper response received which is really disappointing I would definitely does not recommend Nissan Kicks to anyone dont know how many more issues would show up in long run with the kind of response from showroom I am scared.

Wrost test drive experience the test drive person siva and the other driver behaviour is the worst i had ever seen. also dont go qith Datsun 800cc wrst engine and noisy one inside the cabin too i thought to try once by reading some fake and paid reviews . Guys i am not lying its true that its a wrst car ever maruthi 800 is much better than this. Much powerfull than this though it has got 800cc too. the staff behaviour is compltely rediculous and pathetic. Plz dont visit nagole lakshmi nissan and dont waste hard earned money on this piece of junk go with 2nd hand eon or some other 4-5 year used car or spend it on gold or invest it on land or some where but dont throw ur money on this it is really piece of junk.

You have to devide two parts here for reviewing.. 1 is service center 2nd is new cars show room.Service : Coming to the service point service is very good. They can listen every quiry or problem of your car. Clear all your doubts and problem. In this time i have to tell about two persons.Mr. Nagesh. He is the service engeneer here and he is well qualified. He will listen all your quiries and advice to change the required parts only. He didnt encourage to change the parts which have life to next service.Mr. Anand, he is work shop manager and nice person. He also very cooperative to customers.Sales new cars: Coming to the showroom its worst showroom in the industry. Executive having no knowledge about their products. Most of the executives will resign here with in 4 months. In sales department nobody responsible. If you want to buy Datsun Go or Goplus they will take you to Nissan products only. They will explain about Nissan products only due to they have high incentive onbthese priducts. Here not only mark to the executives Its responsibility of Datsun to promote their cars also.

Initially we were told that loan will be provided with 0 down payment,but after going the showroom for purchase,i was told there should be down payment .3. This is a huge wide Nissan car show room that anyone can notice passing by the street. There are decent number and variety of cars to check out in the showroom. The place is spacious and has decent parking. The staff are warm and welcoming with good knowledge about the vehicles that they have. They sell Datsun cars as well along with Nissan.

I went to the show room to find out the best offers on Nissan vehicle, I saw a customer is arguing with the show room people for 1 month delay to repair his vehicle. but the service person is carelessly answering to the customer. The Executives must be trained, they have to learn the attitude, convincing and behavioral skills to satisfy the customers.

Ive been to an internship here for 20 days..These people treat your car well and small spares are readily available and new parts take usually there days to arrive on order.But the repository for old cars is really bad.There isnt even a asbestos parking the cars will be left under direct sunlight untill the parts arive.

They replaced air filter after 6 months with out asking and charged me for that. When I checked they did not replace and just charged me for that. The service manager is not reasonable. He argued as if the customer knows jack.Be extra vigilant of service department.

My car service is in time, but the staff were irresponsible.. I looked I side for ten min, some of them playing bloody candy crush, some were busy with watsapp, some were discussing about movie,I can see all of them but no one cares, actually am looking for car body cover only one person who came inside from workstation responds..Inside display the service crew were totallyyy busy with their personal works not with professional works...
