Awesome place, great food, great service. Not crowded, may be because it is mid of the week or due to the pandemic, not sure on that. But they have all the precautions, temp check, sanitizer, no contact ordering by using online menu card etc. I would recommend this place.

Everything is commendable about this place from safety measures and food quality to service. The ambience is beautiful, although, itd be better if there was some more lighting. Body temperature is checked on entering inside and they make sure you sanitize your hands and wear a mask. The cutlery seemed like they were steam sterilized which is a really good thing. I ordered the Classic Nachos which was delicious but I really wish theyd give more dip and more quantity. The Texas Spicy Chili Wings are a must try, absolutely loved it. The Skillet Jambalaya and Southwestern Burger were delicious as well, although they didnt serve the barbeque sauce with the burger as mentioned in the menu unless and until I asked them for it. The soft beverages (only coke & sprite were available at the time) were refillable, I really liked that. Overall, the food quality and the service were top notch, I loved how friendly the staff was and they communicated really well. We were charged Service Tax although that is generally optional to pay for consumers. The prices are a bit expensive but its totally worth it. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Quite disappointed with the experience, and hopefully this review will improve the quality of experience.Was served a water bottle without asking for it, assuming it was complimentary (which most restaurants provide with these days), we accepted it and consumed it. Was charged 125₹ for this bottle of water (1L), which was 55₹ more than the MRP. I observed this after I payed the bill, and brought it to the manager’s notice. I was told, and I quote: “That is your problem, you should have seen it in the menu. If you have a problem with the cost, we can’t help it. This is our pricing.” Well, thank you for the help dear sir :)I waited for a few more minutes to talk, was pretty much ignored by the staff.PS. We billed for about 3k, so paying a little more for a bottle of water wasn’t the issue. The issue is that I was forced to pay for something I didn’t order, and was then ‘taunted’ by the staff. And Cajun pasta was so very bad, not kidding.Classy :)

Yumm! Chilis,located in Banjara hills is a good place to hangout and have some delicious food too! The ambience gives you the feel of a sports bar. The food is amazing.Their menu has a good variety of food that includes steak,ribs,sea food and others. They have both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink options.The pricing is also affordable at around Rs.1000/- per head. The chicken wings is not to be missed!! One line for this place- I would go back again and again just for the chicken wings!!!

Always a delight to visit Chilis, especially on a game night. Their variety on the menu is spot on and the burgers are one of the juiciest in town. They are handcrafted and presented to perfection. The cocktails and beers are served really chilled which makes their consumption even better.

This restaurant is truly an Amazing one. It counts as a high level restaurant and is on the expensive side. But the dishes are totally worth the price.I mean if you want to have a true american experience, this restaurant is your go to option.The steak is Amazing. The wings are Amazing. The salmon was totally worth the price. The only drawback I faced was when I ordered the oldtimer cheese burger the bun was a but dry and not soft. The chicken inside was totally juicy and delicious plus the cheese was melting on the chicken complimenting it perfectly.The place has good Ambience and helpful staff so you can spend quality time here with your family or loved ones.Dont forget to ask for dips when you order french fries. Ranch is the best of all the dips on personal preference.

We ordered Texas Cheese fries and Mix & Match fajita of our choice, which included Grilled Chicken and Grilled Shrimp.The fajita was something new to try (for me). The grilled chicken was dry and grilled prawns were good. But in the end, it wasnt my favorite though.When we complained about the chicken, he was quick to replace it with our choice. Thankful for that.Fries with its respective dip was good. Overall experience was good.

A chat with the bartender and he mixes amazing cocktails for you. He further spoils you with some ‘shots’ (on the house). The “sweet and spicy peach cooler” is a strong recommendation. The “Margarita Taco chicken” was a great taste.

Very Lousy, tasteless, cold food was served. And Definately not value for money!!! Extremely disappointed!!

Although overall quality of food is good, I was sorely disappointed to know that they didnt have guacamole to serve that night. To put it into perspective, Chilis is reputed joint for Tex- Mex cuisine which is largely known for their chips and dips and bestseller being the nachos. Even the salsa served wasnt all that great, with its quantity also bring an issue. All in all, it was let down that night.

Good ambience. Awesome band and big screen to enjoy match parallely. Would like to go again though especially to enjoy the band.

The chicken quesadillas hardly had any chicken or bell peppers in it just cheese & jalapenos. Price is exorbitant. Donno whats the service charge is for because I dont see anything different from the other restaurants who give better service without charging a penny. The name says American grill but couldnt see any. Washroom space is very small have literally squeeze oneself in between the wash basin and the toilet..

Place is usually crowded a bit to my liking. Mixed atmosphere frankly, football on one screen cricket on another, big projector playing classic english songs with screen barely visible. Wings are nice, bombay burger is a must try, alcohol is available, nothing picturesque as far as selfies are concerned. Just okish place in my opinion.

The only thing I am not happy about is the valet who dont care about where they park the car. I have got fined twice because the valet parked illegally. Great diner experience, food tastes delicious. Apart from the Quesadillas. I think we were given with some ones cancelled order as it was bitter cold. Even after repeated instructions regarding fountain soft drink with no ice, we were given one with more ice. So its always better to reconfirm / re check with things we order and what we get.!

Chillis is a well known name all across the country. This particular outlet is a comfortable location with parking space. Once inside the ambience is quite inviting and the music instantly puts you at ease. The service lacks promptness and attentiveness but otherwise the serves are warm and courteous. Coming to the food - we ordered the smoked chicken quesadillas, which were a total hit. Served warm, they had balanced flavour and went well with the dip and the salad served along. Since either of us wasnt in the mood to have a full plate we decided to share the triple dipper - hand battered ranch wings, original chicken crispers and southwestern rolls. Although the taste was amazing, the second dish seemed a little too greasy. Chillis Margherita has always been a personal favourite. This time Id ordered the presidenté margherita, but they didnt have the blackberry one so I had to settle for the raspberry one. This drink seemed to be a little washed down. However, the second drink - watermelon margherita was the highlight for me. The freshness and the punch it packed were on the spot! Would probably visit again later.

This is one place that was on our to visit list for a long time. As we all loved burgers especially kids. We ordered triple dipper; which is basically an assorted starter, that is served with three varieties to pick from vegetarian and non-veg options. Minimum one vegetarian option. We selected chicken wings, batter fried chicken and cheese poppers. Three dips are served with them. The fried chicken was too oily, but the rest were good.Coming to the burgers, ordered chicken ranch and a lamb burger. The lamb was bit heavy to eat and on the price. They serve free soft drink with the burgers. Which is bit of a consolation. You can have alcoholic beverages too.Overall not very great value for money. The total bill was close to 2k for three items. No matter how great the ambience is still not worth it. Personally I would not visit again.

Chillis has always been one of my favorite place to be in Kolkata. The place is situated just beside my office. I couldnt stay away from here for long. So I went in Chillis. We ordered Chicken Mushroom Cream Soup, Triple Dippers and Grilled Chicken and Shrimp Fajitas.The food as expected was amazing from Chillis. They provide such amazing foods. Fajitas and Triple Dippers has always been my favorite. However this is the first I tried the Cream Soup. And I absolutely loved it.This place offers great hospitality for guests and would love to visit them again.

Easy to locate place, really good ambience, the music was something that almost everybody will like, friendly staff and a great menu.We ordered veg nachos, paneer quesadillas, honey coated tenderloin steak with shrimp and a choco lava cake. Absolutely loved everything, except the nachos.The quesadillas were soft and had lots of fillings, and came with a very tasty sauce. The steak was the best i have had in a long long time. The cake was also amazing, and pretty big in size. The nachos though, had a lot of scope for improvement. From a place like this, i expect food to be worth the money, but the nachos were not even enough for a single person as starters, and they felt over compensated on the decorative side. All i can say is when someone orders nachos, they expect snacks to munch on till the rest of the food arrives, not an art piece on their plates.Anyways, an awesome experience overall.

The Food and beverages are really amazing but lack consistency. Sometimes the food tests out of the world, other times just good or average. The ambience is really good and the overall experience is great too. Service is also like the food, sometimes its great, sometimes, theres a lot lacking. One point to remember is that serving sizes are closer to the American counterparts, and thus over-ordering food is a huge possibility. Overall, would reccomend this place.

I was very dissatisfied with the quality and taste of food, I felt it had gone down tremendously. As being a well known brand globally I expected the food to actually tastemuch better. The famous tacos were served all cold and soggy and salmon was not fresh enough. We ordered 6 different dishes and all of them were just average. Service was good though and had a great way to entertain guest. Prices were very high according to the portion served. Im a big fan of Mexican food and have always loved coming to Chilis. Please do work on improving your taste and quality.

Had visited this place few days back.. The ambience was good price is not too costly.. We tried quesidilla, nachos, pizzas... Taste was good too... But the only thing was.. The waiter had reminded me multiple times to give review and waited at my place until I give the star rating.. Is this the reason for top rating in Zomato???

Taste of the food is average. Staff is professional and attentive. Restaurant overall needs some changes/ improvements, some how I felt that it is not the best when compared their restaurant at Inorbit Mall.

Oh yes! The food was super fresh and served hot! The chicken was juicy and tender. Everything we ordered was a hit except the smoky veg pasta which was kinda let down!And the service charge was 10% which is a bit over!

Everything was perfect!! Ambience, hospitality were good.. But dont go with expectations to have spicy food. Otherwise food tastes very good..Must try skillet jambalaya..

Decent place for burgers (though not American style), pasta and quesidillas. The restaurant itself is quite spacious, and has quite a few screens which are generally tuned to cricket or football games. Prices are on the higher side as expected from the chain. They offer some burger combos which come with fries and a bottomless helping of soda. Parking is limited but theres a valet to help with that.

Tacos came with a big serving of rice. Broccoli bites were yum! Food was good. But service leaves a lot to be desired for.

The bar & food menu has changed and lot more varieties are added, drinks were good nachos and the sauces were tasty ordered chkn burger which was awafull and all time best are the French fries

Visited the Venue yesterday. Was really happy with the food. My personal recommendation would be the Southern Smoke house burger with the beef patty. Probably the best I have eaten in Hyderabad so far. Had the tacos along with that but didnt think it was very great. For dessert we had the molten lava cake and it was the best. The ambience was good as well. The service was good, missed a few of our requests, but still good. All in all a 4/5

Affordable great burgers, and a hell of a spare ribs rack. If only they made the half portion of ribs a little more affordable.
