Very average food and overpriced. Ambience isnt that great either

To begin with, I havent had the authentic food from the regions or even at other places to compare it with the actual ones, this is purely based on my palate and experiencing the food they have offered.Chama Gaucha is a roof top restaurant of Radisson , Hitech city. They specialise in Brazilian and Mexican food, tgey started it with Brazilian food as the USP.So they cover South American and North American cuisines.We had wild mushroom soup, coax de Frango ( had a raw smell, the flavours were good but the smell made it a average dish), lamb chops and sizzlers.We had tiramisu which could have been better as well.

TAawa fish was superb.

The choice of food and especially the starters were amazing! The service was fantastic and Mr. Arun did an excellent job of providing us with the best fine dine experience. The fact that all the items served were chefs specials made it even more special. Live music was a quality add and pricing was reasonable as well! I definitely recommend this restaurant for a quiet and peaceful fine dine out with friends or family.

Ambient, live band and courteous staff especially Arun Reddy who took care of my kid giving us private time. The quality of food is good and tasty. Except there are mosquitoes for which u need to be prepared wearing full clothes.

If you are looking for authentic Mexican food, this is definitely a must. From simple dishes like Mexican rice to complicated dishes like lamb chops everything is perfect. Chef malik leads the restaurant and he is definitely a important part of the restaurant. The service is amazing and the ambiance is soothing. It is a rooftop restaurant with a view of the city. Perfect place for friends and family.

I was here for a corporate dinner. This restaurant and bar is on terrace of Radisson. Its also known as pool side restaurant. There was a lovely live music on the evening we visited. There was no mocktails other than just a tropicona juice. I cant comment on alcohol beverages as I didnt order any.The buffet was simple and tasty. Starters were just average. The staff was very kind and service was quick. Radisson has a very good parking place. They wheel chair service too.Ambience of the restaurant was average, I felt it wasnt illuminated effectively.

This place is totally not worth the money. The food is CRAZY overpriced and doesn’t meet the expectation of a regular prized restaurant.They don’t even know how to make fresh lime soda, sent it back twice and still got terrible soda.The lamb my husband and I ordered was over cooked, which is not expected when you are pay almost close to Rs.2000 for the dish.I try my best not be negative with reviews, but this place left me feeling upset after dinner.

Live music by the poolside with delicious delectables... The manager and the waiters were very friendly.. overall an evening worth remembering.

The ambience is ok with live band playing, but food and service is nothing to boast about.

Situated at the roof top by the poolside, the ambience could be improved, they serve Brazilian and Mexican cuisines. The food is above average as per a five star. The staff is courteous as demanded by any Radissons!

If you ever check in to the Radisson hotel for your vacay, make sure you visit this restaurant on the roof top to relax and unwind beside the pool. To top it, say Hi to Sujoy (Manager) and Tapan (chef) who make you feel at home and cook you the best food (Tell then I made you say Hi ). I will specially recommend Prawn Camarao, Fish fingers and the complimentary bread platter. Try it and then thank me!

The service rendered by Rohit and Laxmikant is exceptional . The food is so good to die for along with the Saturday night Live Band performance . Try more of non vegetarian dishes to enjoy the vividness of the cuisines . So you get an overall package of satisfaction and nirvana . Go for it, make your weekend nirvana .

Well, being Brazilian (who lived in Mexico also, so I can tell for both) Im sad to say that this restaurant have no Brazilian food. Actually to be fair I will say that there is only one single brazilian dish there, and thats the starter bread plate. Thats the only single thing youll get it there. Lets start with the name! Chama Gaúcha remains of one South State of Brazil, famous for Barbecue (red meat BBQ only, BTW). Mexico is just below USA, and Brazil in South America, we are very far, folks. Our food is not compatible at all. Our cultures are far different also. Its the same thing as open one Indian Japanese restaurant by claiming its same because both are in Asia. Hahaha.And the worse thing. When I called the staff to ask about menu and say that I wanted Brazilian food and I was not able to find in menu, he looked at me laughing and saying that was Brazilian food. When I told it was not, he was rude saying that was Brazilian food, I didnt know it. Only after I say Im Brazilian he calmed down and by being ashamed, called the chef who explained me that they did not really have it.Well, after this amazing experience, my bill was almost 4.000 for 2 people. Haha i left my house thinking I would get some food which reminds me home, and I paid 4.000 to listen I dont know what I eat in the country I lived for 26 years hahaha.

Nice ambiance. Variety dishes, supportive staffs, the live music was exceptionally good, made some added flavor to the overall atmosphere.

Its a rooftop bar/restaurant with a pool but the walls make it hard to see much of the city. There was good live music despite the place being nearly empty. Food and drinks were good but way too expensive.

The place is a rooftop restaurant cum bar in Radisson Hotel. It has a great ambience. The pool side dinner with the cool breeze at the rooftop adds to the magic. But the food disappoints , has a party for 30 and buffet was arranged which had almost no variety and it was just like a normal dinner with 2 starters and 2 curries and dessert. Expected a lot more from this restaurant.Will be here to try the ala carte dishes as they looked tempting at the other table.Overall a must visit place just for the sake of the ambience.

1 star for ambience , food sucks !!! Pork chops smelled raw & tasted bad . Had a bite and could not go for the next one ... Brazilian grill chicken taste was too low for star roof top restaurant ... To sum it up spent 4.5k for absolutely nonsense ridiculously bad tasting food and a glass of Jacob creek ... which was by far was only one with taste & flavour

Typical open air bar and restaurant at Radisson Hitech. But service was damn slow. When we asked for something they took ages to bring it up. Not up to the mark as its in Radisson. Lot more was expected from them

This was the second tym we visited here this tym it was my fiance bday they have done a wonderful decoration Thank you Mr Sunil Kumar for your kind hospitality the food was soo delicious the buffet menu decided by Chef Nihal was very tasty and delicious ad a wonderful evening @this place looking forward to visit again

Well I wouldnt term it as a Mexican cuisine joint that I fell in love with. I would just term it ok. So lets start with a bit of detail -1. Ambience - it looks more like a space they had and wanted to use it to earn. There is nothing charming about this roof top place and decor is also just ok.2. Food - ordered a chicken fajita and New Zealand lamb chops. Fajitas tortilla was sad, looked more like a crispy flour roti. Guacamole was a paste unlike the clunkiness you should have it and more importantly the taste was completely off. Sour cream was better though. Chicken was dry and rice was a pass. Now for the lamb chops, they were definitely decent of not falling off the bone great.3. Price - well its Radisson so they command a price for their brand, but frankly for 1700 bucks for lamb chops and 950 for chicken fajita, I wouldnt spend again there.4. Service - probably the only thing that didnt fail. Courteous, attentive staff and fast service.Overall, you can have much better food and ambience for lesser price.

Cosy, al fresco dining by the poolside, live music on weekends, comforting Mediterranean food, and exquisite cocktails. Chama Gaucha clearly has a lot of positives. However, Radisson is not pitching it as a Mediterranean lounge. The Brazillian grills are clearly meant to be the main draw. Unfortunately, even after two visits, I didnt taste anything from the Churrascaria that made me go Wow. Go there for the ambience and the drinks that are ably complemented by the appetisers, but dont expect too much from the Churrascaria.
