The toll plaza is much more busier while entering from Hyderabad to Karachi. Therefore, an MTag is recommended for smooth and hassle free entry. Well managed and good staff. The only shortcoming is presence of motorbikes and unfenced access of commercial areas on the motorway. These access points should be sealed at any cost.v

Useless toll plaza made on M-9. They charge PKR 30 on both sides. M-9 couldve been much better if this wasnt there.

Badly jammed at times. Very slow service by the tax collector guys. Will have to bear it till the newly constructed toll plaza, just meters before it, becomes operational.

Why charging Rs. 30 even it is just after then Hyderabad. Hope soon there will be only one NHA toll plaza in between karachi to hyderabad.

Very High toll rates without any facility to general public..Always blockage and traffic jam issue but no any firm steps taken to solve the problems.There should be separate entry gates for Light vehicle and Heavy vehicles.System operators are also rude and do not posses good behavior.

They must increase the number toll counters. NHMP & FWO are improving their services on this toll plaza. Now, those vehicles who have M-Tag can use Express Lane respectfully without interference of the vehicles having no M-Tag.

For Hyderabad residents they have stared charging, previously it was free. If you have to go Hyderabad from Karachi than you have to pay twice toll tax.. Not good

Jamshoro tool plaza is the old plaza that was constructed when National Highway 5 way constructed during Benazir era. There is the rule that tool plaza are erected to recover the amount incurred on the construction of the road. It has already meet the amount and now by the ruling of the court it is illegal to extract taxes. You will have to pay double taxes one M9 Karachi – Hyderabad highway and other at Jamshoro tool plaza. Despite court orders the tool plaza is still operational.

Heavy transport covers all gates and due to such mismanagement cars suffers for waiting longer periods
