There are two categories over here, one may be regarded as premium and the other one would be local. Of course there is a huge difference between these two, former one deserves to be premium but its price is quite high however for the later one, it is not well maintained, the flooring is not good, no carpet or mats just the bear semi-cemented floor. There could be at least a carpet down there in the fees they are asking. Apart from this, the trainer there is not a real trainer. He himself, doesnt follow the rules of the gym. The gym is just fine if you have a friend for training because there are enough machines.

They have some professional trainers who also advise you about diet plan and the machines are good there is just a issue of less space and more people sometimes. Otherwise its a good place if you go other than 7 to 10PM. Great place for weight loss and to do cardio in supervision of professional trainers. Machines are of very good quality. For body building exercises the trainer will guide from the start to the end so you dont have to worry much. The fee is so affordable even for a middle class person.
