Worst in service, TMT is doing Staff nurses, No permanent and specialized Doctors. No neatness. Staff effected with covid. No accuracy in reports. Waste of time and money.

Every year igo through medical check up where the service is very good and comfortable. We never face any delay. Even doctors receiving is too good especially Dr. Vivek Sir, he treats very well.Thank you and best wishes.

Visited this place recently as I was having mild fever and I have visited after confirming that my covid-19 test was negative, because without that no doctor is taking up the appointment in this pandemic.This is located at as rao nagar, up of the puma show room. Temperature check was done and I see the sanitizer is also placed.I have met doctor Kavitha and she gave some general medicine and asked to get HRCT test and i have made and came to clinic next day and I see the clinic is closed and I called to customer care and they said it would take some time to reopen and they are not sure when it would be as they had some electrical issue in the clinic.After a day I again called the customer care and I asked them to give online consultation and they said doctor wouldnt take it, I asked to atleast give other doctors appointment they said yes and they would follow up next day and I dont see any one calling back to me.I was really disappointed with their service, you may have any problem at your clinic, the patient well being should be priority and as there are multiple branches you could have allotted me another doctor at another branch, as a General person we dont have idea about how serious the issue is, thats the reason we come to doctors with total hope and faith and you lost it.They said they will call back next day and appoint another doctor, but I didnt get any call and I lost the faith in them and went to other hospital.

Best place for a consultation...The best thing is the Staff all of them talk in good English, had a cake walk experience with the receptionist maam explaining how everything works.Quick and fast check ups.Clean and hygienic environment.God bless youll for the good job youll doing...

Worst gynicologst , very demotivating and wrong estimation about health, very negative talks and mind-set doctor, forcing us to use unnecessary medicines to provoke issue and come back, never visit this doctor Dr Tayi Yamuna horrible doctor Ive ever seen and met , definately degradation of apollos reputation, be cautious guys! Never go for such health damaging doctors.

Everything was good except delay in registration. We went on fasting to give the samples. The receptionist had neglected us and attending new patients.when asked, she told us she wanted some more information from us.

Amazing staff and prompt attention. The navigation to respective labs is pretty seamless without a need for follow up. In addition, the staff ask very relevant questions to speed up the process.

I work at GVK Biosciences Nacharam. Today we had our Annual health check up at our premises. I have atleast 20 messages even after 11pm asking for feedback. Why should I give feedback when this is a company chosen centre anda is not a personal choice. Who has programmed that the messages prompt even after 11pm. Not desirable for a brand like apollo.

One of the worst place to visit, staff are not courteous at all. They run a reference scheme where if a patient knows the staf all the checkups happen immediately. There is no meaning of PUNCTUALITY here.The staff is not all prompt in confirming your appointment unless and until a call is made.In spite of taking a prior appointment, you are made to wait for the doctor to arrive.Professionalism counselling has to be given to the staff and the doctors here.

I gave blood and urine sample on February 10 1:00 Pm @ AS RAO Nagar , Hyderabad, But the Status is Still Pending and the way Front office Desk team Response is very rude and harsh . This is not at all acceptable with the patients with this kind of people your fame degrades

Was asked to come to the clinic at 11.30 for gynecologist appointment ( Dr Yamuna ). Was informed that once I come they will call the doctor. Reached clinic at 11.40. Call to the doctor was made after I asked the second time and then was made to wait for 1 hour with no information. The person at the front desk didnt have the courtesy to inform the reason or even call the doctor again to check if she is actually coming. Doctor was aware that i was waiting, but didnt care to inform the reason for delay.Worst customer service.we understand doctors are busy. However, our time is equally important. I am not sure if anyone cares or reads the review. But if someone is planning to go to the clinic, please avoid n choose any other clinic.

Poor centre. Avoid if possible. No manpower. I went for a medical check up and they were not able to complete as there were no staff and doctors. I was asked to come another day after collecting money and doing half of the checks. Cleanliness is also an issue .

The more i go to this clinic the worse it gets, everything is about making more and more money and not giving the people that go there help, no customer service at all, it is becoming worse than a fish market, the way that your treated, the extra high charges, the staff, such terrible support, all they care about now is money money and money, they should keep in mind that the people that go there did not go to medical school and are looking for answers, just thinking about the service provided by them makes me wonder how low people can stoop too. Terrible service i would not recommend anyone to go unless you want to waste your time and money.
