Nice and fast resultsOf Covid-19 PCR report

COVID-19 PCR TEST: I called to Essa Lab Latifabad Hyderabad to make appointment for sample collection for COVID-19 PCR. They came to our house for collection. I was surprised they did not following the percussions steps suggested WHO - Did not cover them self with proper suits, and the used wage transparent plastic gloves. I believe those gloves are already been used, because it was mix up with used and new gloves. They Took samples of just upper respiratory track and use seizer to cut sample specimen stick, and they ignored to take lower respiratory track sample and specimen. Also specimen handling third class, did not match the criteria of International Standard. They Charged us Rs. 7500, for this poor and unsatisfactory workout. The test is negative but our family is hard to believe this result, and we are still in isolation in home. I advised you please dont use this irresponsible lab Specially for COVID-19 PCR test. IT IS JUST A WEST OF MONEY AND TIME.

Doctors talk all the time on non-objective things.I went yesterday along with my mom They didnt care No one asked (Why do you want to have an ultrasound)?. Mother already had pain They increased her paim again.I beg you to pay attention to your own servants Patients are already worried Take care of them Dont hurt them. I did not like DR ESSA LAB service in Hyderabad.

Black listed laboratory, I got CA-125 test for my daughter , one day before her OT to be at 6:00pm, on next day initially they gave time of test report to 1:30 then 4:00 then later on inquiring at head office they declared that kit is faulty and will produce report on next day. I e one day after OT. It was already told to them rhat its emergency and Operation will be carried out the report of this test.
