I went to Daraz Hyderabad hub to return a faulty item , bluetooth handsfree of rupees 321 including Daraz courier charges.i requested to adjust 321 against Daraz wallet so I may able to buy another product worth rupees 321/. The staff was so friendly and helping in teaching how to return the item ,its procedure. Seating and armed security personnel was satisfying. But,I suggest that public dealing Daraz hub office should not be like a store/warehouse but an office. Anyhow,I fully satisfied and thanks to daraz policy makers. Stay blessed. Bye
