NOT GOOD. They wont even give the complete details of the post unless asked about. They just ask to sign up for the process though the candidate is interested or not. They lack intra communication. Not worth to attend their calls, instead find a job on your own.

Dont judge a book by its cover!I got a call from cognizant and also from converse and took telephonic round and said that you are qualified to come for interview and they sent a converse placement venue. After I visited there, they took a HR/ some intro round. After the completion of the round, they told me that my communication is not good and please come after 30 days. Seriously? If Im not good at communication, why did they call me for the interview? They could simply told me that Im not qualified in the phone call. Im not eligible or selected it could be because of either the requirements are full or kept for reference or totally poor screening of interview process. Im one of the best employee in my previous organisation among more than 500+ employees. I was disappointed because they called me to visit the venue for the interview to hear that Im not good at communication. It was waste of my time and my money and for your kind information, My financial is not at all good. This is what I felt today about this interview at this venue.

The review isnt bad only because i had a bad experience, Ive noticed a pattern here, you can check the other reviews and a lot of them have a similar experience. They will only hire freshers who dont even have basic communication skills because these new people are naive and they cannot negotiate for a better pay. Theyll make the experienced and well deserving candidates with good over all skills just wait, take 1 or 2 rounds and tell them they havent been selected. I found the place really sketchy. There was just one woman who knew her job, rest were just arrogant and extremely unprofessional. The have absolutely no value for peoples time and money. Would recommend you for a direct walk in for the company.

Yesterday I have interviewed in Converse placements and they sent me back stating that you are rejected because of poor communication skills on the same day I went to direct company and I have selected for international voice process I have cleared all my 5rounds in direct company. I dont know why Converse HR has rejected me lol!! I think she is poor in judging comm skills....Management should take response of your poor HR team they not even pay attention to the speaker

Waste placements center i have you visited for an interview in Cognizant but after the first around they said we are not hiring for Cognizant we are hiring for each AGS... so after that all though we are rejected in HR round..the HR who comes their is not at all well person although all performed well he filtered all the resumes and out of 30 he selected 3 people.... that is not Placement Service Centre it is like fashion show centre there are 4 girls in that 2 are very friendly the remaining 2 you are there for doing fashion shows waste of your time by going there... they are no one to judge your communication skills.. its beter u go directly to the company it self...

Worsttttttttttttttttttttt!!!!i attended there for and interview in mnc for non voice process several people came and most of the experience people aslo attended.they took self intro round as 1st round in a big room and to my surprise the people who nailed the intro round excellently and sounds tallented were not selected finally just because they were EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES AND these people only wants freshers and few freshers who find it very hard to talk in that crowd and took so much time to introduce themselves and were not fluent were selected only reason was they are freshers and can work for basic salary!!!!such unprofessionalism from the converse Consultancy.if you only want to hire fresher then clearly mention it in naukri and on calls too why are you people wasting entire day money time of candidates and playing with job seekers emotions.they took my interview in a separate room where 5 people were there me and my friend were experienced and after taking intro round they told we were not selected and selected other freshers who have backlogs and they did not perform well but as these people said a package which is so less I dont even want to mention and those people said yes for this as freshers has no other option because of our countries employment problem.and these people just want people who can work for least package experienced people dont waste your time by going to this consultancy.the HR people were not at all professional and not experienced and unable to screen people based on candidates potential.one word about this consultancy UNPROFESSIONAL AND try to be Genuine.

The process of their selection is pathetic and they are least concerned about candidate they are selecting some resumes randomly and conducting fake interview and saying to develop communication skills and asking to come back again after one month. Then once again within week they are sending mail, I dont know why they are again sending mail if dont have sufficient communication skills, I dont what are their credentials and credibility are? Dont encourage this type of consultancies wasting your time and efforts.
