I bought a Sony Bravia 55 inch . The place was superb and helped me select best one.

The shop has almost all Brands home appliances. There is a quite a number of support staff exists. Even though the staff might not have complete knowledge of each appliances they make an effort to answer all your questions. The option to buy on EMI exists. Sufficient parking space available. Installation and demo are organised very well.

Staff explain everything in detail and they have so much patience. Prices are reasonable.

Very good service and good behaviour staff

No one picks up the phone or always switched off. The front glass door of the Morphy OTG 40 RCSS we bought broke into a million pieces on Day 2 and almost missed me. The front door as it turns out is not covered in warranty and i had to shell out another 1500 to get it fixed. I have no way of informing the store and basic courtesy demands that the shop owner calls when they read this review. STORE NOT RECOMMENDED.

Dont purchase products with the advise of guys there. They will sell you the waste products and advice you as per their availability and sales target on particular company or brand. I purchased IFB washing machine with their advise. But on the first day of its use it was not working. Its a defective piece. They are least responsible for the service, we should follow up with customer care again. Their part is only to sell the products. I experienced it twice , first time with AO smith water purifier ( defective piece)and now IFB top load 9.5 kg wadhing machine. I ran around the company people for service. Dont prefer Bajaj electronics.

Their phone number does not work!! This is Covid season and we cant shop around, hence customers require to call at least to the extent of checking if a product is available before going there to buy it. Despite being such big, if they ignore this aspect, its nothing but lack of customer orientation.

Worst experience the salesman will sale the product which you dont want by saying that it is the best product in our showroom after that there is no response from the salesperson and from the showroom my suggestion is i.e dont visit this Store for any electronic purchase they will say we will provide you the best service at your doorstep when we face a problem they say it is going to be handled by the company which product you have been purchased.

I was a bit sceptical before going to this place because I had read in the other reviews about the delay in delivery of goods.Let me share my experience now. I wanted to buy a fridge, a washing machine and a cooler. So I stated that I needed deliver within 24 hours from purchase. The sales executive promised the delivery. When I paid the bill, I made sure that they wrote in the invoice that it was to be compulsorily delivered tomorrow. I got the goods in a day itself. The goods are perfect and in good shape.However I could notice that the managers and the sales executives dont share the same information. The manager said that the delivery could not be done in a day. So just ensure that they are clear on what you want. Be strict with them from the beginning and then you should be fine.

Dont buy, no proper response no proper service no point of contact for issues, you will cry after buying seeing the service

Worst Service. While purchasing a LG air conditioner, I was promised that the delivery and installation will be done within 3 days. Now they have transferred the installation service to a third party and they are saying that the installation will be done after 9 days of purchase.The most irritating thing is that neither the agent who promised me about the installation while purchasing nor bajaj electronics is answering my calls.I dont understand why these people lie to this extent to sell their items, why to keep the customers in dark. They should be truthful and allow customers to decide for themselves.Whats the point of even buying a product when it is delivered just to lie on your floor.Better buy these things from Amazon or Flipkart instead of these independent sellers. Atleast they provide all the information while purchasing and have a team of customer care support who actually answers and listens to your queries.Will not recommend to buy anything from this store.

DO NOT BUY AT Gachibowli branch. Terrible experience. No manager and no accountability at the store - salespeople are very irresponsible and dont care about anything except locking in the sale.We purchased a washing machine and delivery didnt happen for 5 days despite promises to deliver in a day. When eventually it did happen, Bajaj failed to update the LG installation request due to which it still lies unused and unopened. Absolutely waste of time and energy.. been almost ten days. Reliance, Pai, anyone is better than Bajaj!

Very bad customer service...I had to cancel a product after seeing very bad reviews and ratings of ap model right at the store but I had to go through so much of humiliation by the staff at Bajaj electronics Gachibowli store. They were so rude and refused to cancel but I didnt give up. They made me wait for more than 2 hours and finally refunded my amount . It was such a horrible experience the way I was treated as a customer felt very bad . I would never ever go to this store again.

Had a delightful experience with the sales department. But the after sales is pathetic. They gave a false commitment about the delivery date. When I tried to connect with them, they rarely respond and route to other departments. Even after multiple follow ups, my product hasn’t been delivered. If there is an option for giving negative rating this outlet deserves it . They don’t have manners to speak to customers when one shows the demo about Tv ,if they see some other customer coming they just leave u in between of the conversation . We placed an order for SAMSUNG Q LED and said it was a gift and needed to be delivered on-time and we asked if they would deliver on the given date we would pay net cash and place the order they gave us a fake hope if not we would have gone to reliance ..they gave us fake hope saying they would deliver the sales person Salman was a very smart person later revealing delivery charges why the hell do you charge for delivery an amount of 400/- first and then he changes and says 500/- . Bad customer service. The store phone number mentioned is always switched off.Im waiting for delivery of purchased product and reached store manager, Shankar, who is incapable and liar. He rarely answers phone call and never calls back. He always gives unconvincing reason for delay in delivery. He once said delivery team were already on their way to my home and will reach by end of day. It didnt reach even after 3 days he said thatIm still waiting for delivery and wonder how long it would take for installation too

Very poor after services, bought ac last week still no one came for installation. I have visited the shop twice but all they say is sir it will be done today. Its very hot in Hyderabad now and these guys fools the customer. If they frankly speak up that no one is available for installation that would do but they lie on your face.

I bought two fridges on 14th July on the below address which they delivered with damaged and broken ones. We have asked for immediate resolution on which they asked to wait for four days to deliver the items.such a bad experience on this store who is not responding well.

At 1:30 pm informs that cashier has not come to office yet. Do they live in electronic world where checks get cleared in minutes and on 4th day also stated they havent heard back from the bank.Dont believe sales team, no internal communication amongst them either.

They sell the latest varieties of home electronics and mobiles. Their sales man try hard to get you the best deal possible. The delivery is under commitment. The only thing I didn’t like is that their delivery guys are not very helpful. They seek extra bucks for minor requests like placing your electronics stuff inside the room and unpacking it etc.

I had bit bad experience today . I went to this showroom for enquiring about imac. Corresponding sales representative was not available for a long time. I waited and waited and at the apple section and asked another representative ,his answer was very irresponsible. After a while I asked another guy if there is anyone who can help me. He told me the apple sales person is on break (such a long break) . Nobody here atleast thinking of calling that guy and tell him there is a customer waiting.

My brother purchases 2 racold gyser from this shop one LHS and one RHSI went to replace RHS with LHS machine as recommended by installation from company engineerI showed the bill copy on phone , Mr Irfan says he wants original bill as without the same they will not replaceand was forcing me to go back as without bill he will not replace , we requested mr bajaj to help we arranged duplicate bill from the showroom and they provided me LHS racold gyser. I checked with Mr Irfan is the machine will trouble me of coming back again and said it’s seal pack. I called the racold company engineer when he opened the seal box , installation engineer told that it’s not original seal pack and also safety valve removed from the boxWhen we again spoke to Mr Irfan at the showroom he asked the racold installation guy to come with rench he will remove from other machine and give itWe were forced to take back the machine again to showroom again , now my brother again took back the machine to showroom and got it replacedIf we didn’t know the owner we would be taken for toss

Sales executives are incapable of driving customers through the right products or description! No professionalism, misguided and they dont walk up to customers, its that customers has to walk up to them and tell the needs! This was what I noticed twice when bought two products earlier ! Initially when I bought fridge they did not send me deep freezer stuff and asked me to collect from store for their mistake ! Second time when I bought air cooler, their response was awkward that they keep on giving false time of visit to check up! And also they keep on passing the phone to different employees all over !

At first floor you can get Led and mobile accessories like headphones, earphones etc. At 2nd floor you can get variety of freezer. 3rd floor you can get electric stoves. There is a lift having narrow entrance. Quality of product is good and affordable. At ground floor you can get assistance with service staff about any accessories. You can rest comfortably.
