Good multi brand electronic store with almost all the products with all models. Very polite and supportive staff. They will show you product with good interest and having good knowledge of features. Price also better then most of the multi brand showroom. You have to bargain for best price. You will also get bank discount like online shop. Better to buy here compare to normal shop.

After sale service is pathetic. I purchased a Whirlpool fridge on 29th May and I was told that the person responsible for demo will come the next day after delivery. Also the same person will stamp the warranty card. I got the delivery in 2 days but the demo person is yet to come. Today is 5th July, it is more than 38 days now. No one has come for demo till date. I have rang the manager several times, everytime he promises to send a person but no one has come ever. Will never recommend this store

The biggest cheats in Hyderabad. They charge you much more than other stores and then never keep their promises. The delivery of the washing machine was delayed for no explanation. Post that we kept chasing their staff names Nawaz who was the salesman. Repeated calls to him went unanswered and he did not get the installation done for three days. We asked him to share his managers number and that did not happen even after repeated requests and calls. Nawaaz and similar people are shameless. Inspite of you spending a considerable sum for your purchase your happiness goes away since the post sales experience is a nightmare. This is the second instance of absolutely same experience. Any sensible buyers please stay away from Bajaj Electronics.

On 23rd May i have bought 1 Ton Voltas AC from Madhapur branch. Once Billing is done, they are least bothered about delivery & Installation.The sales person & AC section Manager are completely not responding.You have to do continuous follow up for the delivery and installation.They are not even eligible for 1 star, since that the least choice i have to select this option else Zero is the best rating i can give.

Worst post sales team. Product got delivered on-time but no installation team came to install product. These show room guys fail to login and not going to take care of customers. Delivery guys charge more when I purchased TV they asked me to give 300 for delivery and guys came for delivery they charged 500 forcefully. Worst servive.

Theyll promise delivery at your convenient time when making the sale. Once youve paid and call to check on delivery, they wont pick up your call! Call from another number, they pick up, and say aayega. The issue is you pay in advance and after that youre at their mercy for delivery.

Ive seen worst.. but this store is on another level. If any one put up an Olympic game, then this store would come in the first place. I dont recommend this store to any one. Not worth shopping here, they make us fools, and make the invoice, once we paid, no one cares, and god only knows when the items get delivered, and they dont deliver all the items at once, and Non delivery of items purchased no one knows where the item is and they charge again delivering the pending items than said. Wort Bajaj Electronics Madhapur store experience, I bought LG 65 inches TVits more expensive in this store, i ever seen price check outside the store, and i got soundbar with the TV, and TV was delivered after 2Days and Purchase date was 18 FED 2019, store has to deliver my soundbar even the same day as TV delivered. but no yet been delivered from 18 FED 2019 , I made many calls to the store but not Responded perfectly. I see the store Last two days back about my soundbar and I talk to the manager and LG person that I need My delivery SOS Possible and I asked manager that i need a complementary because its already been 6 months that i am waiting for my delivery and manager was accepted on my complementary that I will give something else on complementary, but LG person called me today and he said that i cannot give any complementary on your purchase. and i asked him that what about my complementary and hes saying that I didnt said that. I Recorded everything on my phone what he said 22 JUL 2019.....

They said they will to deliver on sunday but monday for sure it will deliver. But i got it buy sunday only. Please take the written or audio confirmation if any product buy in this show room they didnt stand on the word which they give the promise. They given the promise as a free delivery but they made Rs.500.00 the charge for radius of 3km for Two products worth of Rs.60,000. Delivery too late.
