Good Experience, we came for a minor operation, after that stayed in General Ward A Block for a day.Nurses and service boys response is good. Washrooms Cleanliness is maintained well.Dr. Surya Prakash performed operation.CONS: General ward is suffocating, i requests you to take some necessary steps and make it comfortable place. Planting tress around might help.3 star is for your Discharge process Time and costly. The charges are not satisfactory wrt treatment.Discharge Process time must be reduced.Its taking almost 3 hours even for cash payment option(Without Insurance).

The concerned person in the billing counter told it will be reversed within 7 days. But till now it is not yet credited to my account. I have also sent email but there is no response from your end. I have called so many times every one is only transferring my call from Billing to admission, from admission to billing. No one has any answer.
