1. The address pin was of the wrong location and was in a pretty difficult to access place... Narrow by lane... With on going drain/road work...2. The bill... Came in 3 installments.. First an amount then another with the fuel charge heading then one more which had no reference.3. Waiting for some response from Zoom as their mailbox is too full to accept any mails and their phone system in accessible. Even the complaint filed on their web site has gone unanswered.4. This is the last resort. If anyone can advice how I can register a complaint with and get a response from zoom it would be very helpful.5. Zoom however continues to send mails and sms asking for money.

Cars they provide are less in expectations then expected

The car I received made me utter disappoint. Firstly the car i booked got cancelled for some reason and i was booked a i20, again it got changed by u and i was given this car(kuv 100) and that too 15kms away from the place i booked.Seeing the car only i got a attack as it was not repaired aftr a major accident. A piece from front bumper (left) was about to got dropped in road. I uploaded the images before starting the vehicle but after an hour i got a msg that the image is not uploaded. Suddenly i send an email with pictures. Later in an hour i got a call from ur support asking for a thing that was left by the previous customer. I told the image upload error to the representative and she told that the email is enough. Now i got a bill for 9000 rs. Please its already a bad experience with u and pls don’t make it worst. And pls give a working customer care number.

Its fake number shown here. They ask UPI ID and they send a link where you have to enter UPI Pin. After that they withdraw all the money. Please be aware.

Service from start to finish was prompt & effective. Cara unlock & lock back through your app which is super cool. I booked Swift & the car was so well maintained & was smooth ride all through out. I wish if they made the prices cheaper, Zoomcar can be as popular as Ola, Uber if not more. Business model of Zoomcar has great potential.

I have used this service usually they are good but sometimes u find that they r cheating so beware of that and clear all things like pick-up drop point make sure u have done a video before pickup car dont think that u are filling extra fuel and they will pay for that they literally deny
