This was never expected from malik motors. Though its name is on the top of the list but there are something which needs to be reviewed seriously if questioned on customer point of view.First of all, the branch promises to deliver it within 15days from date of booking. Now the sales manager himself delays the time to 1 month for the delivery due to Covid 19. Its fine we understand the matter for covid 19 but making a false promise has very bad impact on customer. Its just leads to loosing of excitement of buying a car. He would have informed that it can take upto 1-2months for this situation.Lucky are those who get the delivery in time just because they must be one of those. Apart from this when we cancel it there is argument with the customer by the sales department against these stuff.So from all these i bought a car from NEXA where i got approval on the same day and bought the car on the same day as well. Really happy with with Suzuki Nexa with their products. Would recommend other company apart from Tata for sure. No doubt.

Recently I purchased Tata Tiago, up to delivery of Car, everything was fine. After delivery only worst experience started, I purchased car on 18th October, initial they assured free complements will be given with in Two days, till now same are pending. And there is difference in original invoice amount and amount paid, difference amount they are not ready to return. This is my experience with Malik Car.

We went here to get details about Tiago. The sales person, Mr. Waseem, was very polite and customer centric. If we finalize Tiago, will definitely get back to this place just because its him.

Just went to check out details in Tata Nexon, sales executive came and do not have any proper knowledge of car, what ever I ask he sees mobile phone or Car broucer and reads the same, asked about Financial details like emi and interest rate his answer was we will talk about this at the delivery of car. Also just to reach his target he directly denied that no diesel version in Nexon company had stopped its production only available variant is Petrol. Please teach ur staff how to behave and talk atleast have a proper knowledge about ur products. Didnt expected this from Tata Motors.

Honest and good dealer. Your car is in good hands at their shakepet service centre. They know what they are doing. Many at times I have left stuff in the car like my iPod and it has been returned without my asking.Servicing wise I prefer to go here even though my car is out of warranty as they have all the spare parts and there is no compromise or jugaad. They recommend changing parts and doing things but if you don’t want it, they will not push.I keep going here to get my car serviced. I have a 9 year old car that is in fantastic conduction. Thanks to me also for that. But servicing wise Malik gets my thumbs up.

They simply deserve ZERO star. They promised to deliver Tata Tiago on Dhanteras, which have been waiting for a week but on the final delivery day they inform me that vehicle is not available. They try to sell you lower model model as you have already given the booking amount and also your whole family and neighbors are waiting for the car. If you want to ruin your special day, plan to buy from this dealer. Sales manager, branch manager, general manager all are playing parts in this game, there is no pint when you contact any of them.

An unprofessional dealer. Inefficient staff who do not know basic things like providing car features information. They also screw up important things like preparing documentation of car. My pin code was wrongly entered by their staff and then they tried blaming me which didnt work out. So they started blaming internally and couldnt provide me car documents for 3 months!!!!! Awful customer experience at every stage like demo, booking, loan processing, car documentation etc. Now I am forced to go to RT office to resolve the problem myself. Such a pathetic service and people.!!!!!! They do not offer any accessories which other dealers do. Absolute cheaters!!!!!1

I bought 3 cars from This dealer till now. Worst experience I have faced. When I bought Tata Safari, they have not even filled fuel that is sufficient for 2-3 kilometers. After driving the car for the first time with lot of joy for just one kilometer, the car was stopped as there was no fuel in it. Even I could not reach fuel station. Very bad experience. They take long time to deliver the car. They charged me high for First Inspection Charges, but not even checked small issues. Worst dealer.

Purchased Nexon at this place and they did not give car as brand new . Did not clean interiors properly and did not inform about the feature which was existed when we booked car has removed while drivering. Feels like sitting in an old car. Disappointed with staff .

Just want sell the car... feedback sheet they will fill them self( they will give rating all are working and they are giving the car in neat- ALL YES). My car is handover with dust and finger prints. I rate this dealer is 0 because they have enough business and the dont require further business from others as well. The worst service never ever get from this Malik Cars, it was my fate to deal with this dealer and the people of malik cars say something and they do something else. I really hate to have this deal for my future dealings.....the worst service i never ever get from any dealer even my friends referred me to Concorde deal though i did not listen to them and had chosen this malik car dealer, so i should face these kind of behavior and response of Malik cars...I dont know whether people will look at this and review this or not...But i strongly suggest people not to go with Malik Cars at all...they service of them is not even poor it is the worst.

These people work really fast after you lodge a compaint with TATA MOTORS.I was being told some story of truck being struck in a water channel for one month.After delaying my vehicle delivery by one month,these people increased the price of vehicle by Rs 10,000.This is a new way of cheating,hyderabad vehicle dealers have adopted.I enquired with tata company,they ensured there was no price rise from there side.Because we had some compulsion of dates,i was forced to take the vehicle at increased price.Though the delay was from their side i paid the high price.The rule must be that price fixed at time of booking must be final price.Damage must be paid by dealer for delayed delivery of Vehicle.I hope very soon this would become a law.

Worst service, all wrong promises they do, staff does not have knowledge on cars as well the finance, never believe what they promise you, till the time you book the car they will sit on your head and if you cancel the booking there will be no proper response in returning money.
