Finally found my tailor in Hyderabad and I’m so so glad I found them . I’ve got some 20 blouses stitched and they all are perfect . Bad Experience.Tried reaching is like hell. They have mentioned contact number in the website, and no response when i call them. The guy responded to my call, says only hello hello ...no google map exists to locate address. Some how managed to find the address as mentioned in the web. They have changed the name to something else, and the shop is closed. As per google page operating hours arw from 3 pm onwards. And i was on time but shop is closed. No response through call to know operating hours. Doesnt look like they professionals. Approachability itself is question mark, i really doubt they deliver required service.

I had big order this time have multiple wedding in family.I order sarees/lengha/kids lengha/sherwani and Men’s Kurt’s. For each outfit I made lot of sketches and fabric of my choice. They have excellent hand embroidery team..for this kind of work you need good customer service. They r awesome in customer service... even with time difference. I am in USA and the are in INDIA. I have a very bad experience with them.After reading the reviews i gave 6 chudidhar materials for stitching...their pricing is very high stating that its designer...but believe me they havent even done the piping work and billed me.I sent a whats app message asking for the lining work and there is no reply from them..have been trying to call and message but no response...even the stitching is not good.you can opt for your regular tailor near your home...very horrible experience...and all i have got for 5k bill was a total disappointment...hate their service..beware!!!!!
