Very arrogent behaviour,no sense of talking to the customers...suggest not to visit this store!

We have ordered a Lehenga for our 3 year old daughter from USA. We have received a much smaller size top (about 1 year old size). Bottom was much longer in size (5 yrs old). We have informed the same in whatsapp. We were told that we will be sent a replacement but we havent received it. Her responses were also very rude and showed a changed in the attitude after taking our money. Service was so bad. A business is expected to fix their own mistakes and not expect the customers to pay for the mistakes done by them.

WOREST EXPERIENCE I HAD...USELESS TO GO, WOREST LADY I HAVE SPOKE VERY AROGANT. DONT KNOW WHY SHE KEPT THIS IN GOOGLE MAP TO KILL THE PEOPLE.WASTED MY TIME AND MOOD.SHE LOST HER TRUST...!!

Very bad experience. I ordered Lehanga’s for my kids birthday and totally disappointed. My order did not make it on time, colors, fabric, design were entirely different from what I ordered. Totally disappointed. when I reached out there was no response on why I am disappointed. Stay away from these cheaters.

Such a bad experience i had.no response regarding the orders, very arrogant, had to ping her continously for a week to get refund. No choices provided for custom orders, she decides and forces us to choose it..please do not order with her

Completely disappointed with the service and the product. The product was not matching with the original design. The color, pattern, the finish was way too different and looks so cheap. Not at all worth the price they charge. The response when reported about the mismatch was so arrogant. The difference was clearly visible in the pictures but they were not ready to accept.

Excellent awesome collection I have no words to describe my joy on finding chinnari collections as the time was short for my daughters birthday , You dont have to find another place for shopping for my childrens party or festive cloths , my daughter looked like a princess on her birthday what more can I ask for . Thank you chinnari collections and will shop again soon will send my daughter snap on her birthday :)

We had a extremely bad experience. Product was so horrible, not veen 50% matching with what we ordered and it spoiled our party. Very unprofessional and arrogant response, they disconnect your call and not at all ready to listen to the problem. Please be careful before you place order with Chinnari Collections...

Address is wrong and they never respond on phone number given. Dont waste your time
