My kid cycle had permanent deep scratches, color is gone. shop man smartly covered all the scratches with bubble wrapping. I notice when I remove wrapping at home. Please be aware of Hyderabad cycle store. Strongly not recommended.

Went to the shop and bought cycle for my son aged 6 fifteen days back.At that time I thought the wheel alignment were not correct.But the owner said first u check then we will correct it.In the mean time my purse where the computerized bill was there was stolen.My son fell 3 to 4 times while riding that cycle and the cycle repair shop said the wheel alignment is not correct that is the reason why he is Fallin.Then I called shop and explain and request to repair.But the owner was too adamant and refused and said without a bill I will not repair I told him the date on which we bought and my debit card no with which we made the payment and request him take a print out from his computer.But he refused.worst experience.
