Moderate restaurant, not worth a second try.Confusingly mixed up menu with very less clarity. Majority of the guests around me were all confused about the menu.Even the staff felt a bit of difficulty in understanding and explaining the menu contents to the customers.Confused, self occupied staff, busy gossiping among themselves, than paying attention to the guests.Food is mostly spicy and oily, taste is very moderate to low based on its brand reputation.Quantity is moderately less when compared to the slightly expensive price charged.Reading the entire menu felt like it was made/decided by some childish, inexperienced teenager, whos trying to be cool with the confusing names. Vegetarian menu but the names are given as per a non-vegetarian menu, which was confusing the guests even more.Many of the guests had a doubt if the restaurant was serving non-vegetarian.Staff has issues understanding the specific food instructions given by the customers. I had to get 3 of my orders changed as they failed to follow the food instructions I had given them, I specifically asked for zero spicy and the food came with either crushed green chillies or spicy.The most ridiculous thing on the menu was biryani with or on nachos.No staff to guide you for the restaurant parking, through they have put up a big valet parking counter at the entrance, but no staff, park on your own.Needs a lot of improvement.

Bought Great and Chumchum from Dadus Himayathnagar. Chum Chum was good.However Ghewar was so pathetic, oily with some bad smell. We thrown entire Ghewar into dustbin.Never expected such a low quality from Dadus.it was worst than road side vendor.

Dont even order online from their website. Neither theyve tracking IDs nor theyve a backend support any order. My example: ordered Diwali sweets 7 days before festive and on festive day after me calling them thrice, they come up with a sorry sir, story. Disappointed by their online services.

Recently I had been to himayath nagar branch, where am fond of Bengali sweets, around that complete section there were cockroaches, which made me shocking.That means they are serving the customer unhygienic food.After looking at I said to the staff around and walked out of shop. Which was one of my favorite sweet shop. But now it is worst.It is one of the branded and well renowned sweet shop in Twin Cities. This place is all set up for the diwali sweets. As the festivities have begun so have the crowd started gathering here. The prises as usual are high and they have got new turkish variety of sweets which people seem to be more interested in. Less parking space available.

Its an amazing place to have great sweets. The motichoor there is one of my favourites, paneer jalebi, balkawa, butterscotch rocher what not anything and everything is special at dadus. I feel crafted with love.

I have never found such a pathetic and irresponsible staff of Dadu’s Himayathnagar. They made me waited for almost an hour to take my order. After that when i went home i found that the sandwich dhokla was smelling very bad. They claim at each box that they have FSSAI license. Actually their FSSAI license should be cancel. Anybody can easily get food poisoning after consuming their food items. The Government should take immediate action and should inspect their quality of food and manufacturing place.

I went to Dadus sweet shop two weeks ago. I went to Dadus shop located at Himayathnagar.There are lots of varieties of sweets sold here. I bought ajmeri kalakand .It was very delicious.The quality of sweets is very good.

Dont know about other sweets. But motichoor laddu is not that much Good! Its my personal opinion only as there is no difference in taste between other shops and here

Ordered roti and paneer curry, but it was just too spicy. Couldnt really taste anything besides the spice. On the other hand, the kulcha was really bland. Their Kesar jalebi is definitely worth it though.

Name isnt everything, thoroughly let down by the hygiene, service as well as taste of exhorbantly priced street food. Dont ever judge a book by its glossy cover.

We have purchased sweets and savouries from this branch.By the time we reached home and opened dokhla, it was spoilt and foul smell. Even the savouries seems to be expired. When we called on the given contact number no response. Quality has really gone down. We purchased 2 dokhla sandwich but they packed with one. Taste and quality has absolutely gone down.Sorry to say that I was a regular customer for them, but I shall stop going there anymore. No proper customer care not quality.
