Pathetic services and its getting worse by the pasage of time, non cooperative staff, ATM remains out of order most of the time, more than 15 counters for cash payment, but on first 10 days of the each month you literally have to wait almost 1 to 2 hours for cheque encashment, building condition on first floor needs to be improved, staff behaviour with clients is like Wadera dealing with their Kamdaar and i think this is due to their union or rabta committee etc. but seriously, NBP administration should take care of these issues causing bad name to the National institution
