Paid 3.2 lakhs for beds and mattresses. 2 months are over things not got installed properly. The furniture received with missing parts. Dinining table has come with worn out dining chairs. Sincerely suggest don’t even think of Godrej Interio. After this experience lost respect to Godrej brand itself.

Chair sold to us with parts missing yesterday...point of contact (Satosh Putta) and the listed showroom phone number, both refusing to answer calls today...we have called several times...would strongly recommend not to purchase anything from here because you may not get all the parts and later they will refuse to answer your phone also...Update: Sent all the details on email along with pictures of the bill and the chair...will post an update with details once I get a resolution...Update: What a scam...they reply to your review asking you to email them but they have set their inbox to reject messages...the reply on the review is to fool people into thinking Godrej takes customer feedback seriously...complete and utter scam...see the screenshot of the bounced mail in the attachment...

I visited this store today afternoon. The lady sitting at the reception was extremely ill mannered and was reluctant to sell. I called the store before going there and confirmed that the item I wanted is available there. The lady without even listening to what I want told me nothing is available right at the door. When I confronted her telling that I already confirmed the availability of the product before coming and only because I got confirmation I travelled 40 km to buy a single item, then she called someone and took me to 4 th floor to show the items. Surprisingly there were quite a few items of different models but she was continuously talking over the phone and was least interested to show the functionalities of the product even after I asked her repeatedly. I got so irritated that I left the store immediately and bought the same product from another shop. A potential customer is ready to pay 15 k right there, but the staff has no interest to spend even 15 sec on that customer Extremely unprofessional and horrible staffs I must say. I have been buying and using godrej products for many years now but never came across such terrible store.

Visited for purchasing a locker. The staff sitting at the counter showed dont care kind of attitude. Sales girl there shows us the available models there but most of them are not in stock. When asked about availability at the desk, their response was not at all satisfactory. A lady and gentleman sitting at the counter were so busy that they didnt care much to respond. Without even looking at us, they said...not available .... Not at all a good customer service and reception. I picked up the same from another dealer in KPHB. Even though the model we were looking for is not available, they got it from some other location.UPDATE - Looking at the Owners response, I got an impression for a minute that someone cares. And then I realized, after looking at other reviews too, that its the copy paste response just for an eye wash. If someone really cares, they dont need to request the same feedback in email. A responsible person will act on it irrespective of where the comment is made.

Nice and very customer friendly staff. Loves the variety of designs and rates.

I have visited store for buying office chair and selected one. They told me that currently it is out of stock and need to wait for a week and they would call me back. They were not at all interested in selling chairs and not even answering properly when I was having queries. Even they were quoting prices differently. After one week they didnt call me and when I have called they said I need to wait for 3-4 weeks. There is no senior person in the store and staff is making an advantage of it. Whoever is the owner of the store, he will make losses if this kind of unprofessional, confusing and careless staff is kept to look after the store.

Worst experience, personally i wont recommend anyone to visit this branch.
