Work is done efficiently by the service person. The front office manager is clueless of the stock and services available and looks lost in her own world. The place is requires a deep cleaning and organizing. My skin became irritable after being in the shop for 15 mins.

The service is extremely good. And the cost very nominal. For sure, they can fix most of the issues with Preethi mixers/grinders on the same day or within few minutes. Straight forward, QUICK service with no nuisance. Imagine, I have had repaired a jar for INR 10 in 2018 which is inclusive of cost for a small rubber part.

Visited on Saturday, it was closed. Better call before you go there in weekends

Worst service center. Do not know when it opens. They wont follow strict timings. Usually they wont lift phone calls as well.
