Very good service center, helpful for customers. Wide space with around dozens of counters. Quickly resolving the problem of the customer. Staff is well trained and experienced and responsible for delivering the best customer service.

Spacious Place inside, and comfortable waiting area. Work processing is smooth and systematic. I had to report a lost sim card and get the new one; absolutely quick; paid 100 PKR; scanned my thumb and viola.

Office is good. Managing team is good but I bought a postpaid sim today which isnt activated by the staff still after 12 hours of purchase.

This is the main customer care centre of the largest cellular network service provider in Pakistan in terms of customer base, that is, Jazz, in Hyderabad. This is a huge place with a large number of counters. It has a large waiting area and the place is centrally air conditioned. Jazz customers can get all their cellular network related problems resolved here. My personal experience of getting a new SIM a few months back was very pleasant as the staff is well trained, helpful and very friendly.

Much professional service centre, seating area, newspapers available. Can be better if all counters work all the time.

Jazz house is organised with the optimum level of organisation and planning in respect of the number of visiting customers and their requirements. I was impressed by the way the first official who helps you to take out token number of your turn with full of smiles and best way to welcome you.On my turn was cared by Mr. Reza Talpur a young lad with full of knowledge and manners to hear and help out you about the the purpose of your visit and solve it out.All said.But I am fully disappointed by the postpaid service of Jazz. All the time you receive the returning message from Jazz systems that your SMS is unable to be sent out to your destined persons.About call you are also highly disappointed.Thanks God I have alternate Telenor connections, therefore I get the work done.
